ngày của các nước phương Đông như Việt Nam. Với kiệu, ngoài món muối
chua còn có thể cho nhiều món ăn khác phối hợp với các thực vật hoặc
động vật để nấu hoặc làm gỏi. Những món ăn có kiệu này đều có thể góp
phần giúp cơ thể phòng chữa nhiều bệnh của dân ta, nhất là ở nơi rừng
núi, rét mướt, ẩm thấp, gió mưa.</font></span></i></p>

dã toán, đại đầu thái tử, hoả thông... Theo Đông y, kiệu có vị cay -
đắng, tính ôn, thông hoạt lợi, thông dương, tán kết, hành khí, giảm đau,
an thai, bổ trung, lợi thủy, sinh cơ.</font></span></p>

khi đau ra sau lưng: Kiệu 10g, qua ủy 15g, rượu 500ml, hai thứ làm sạch,
qua ủy hấp mềm thái lát, kiệu luộc chín. Cho hai thứ vào túi lụa ngâm
vào rượu. Sau 1 tuần uống được. Ngày uống 2 lần, mỗi lần 20ml có hoà
thêm nước đun sôi để nguội.</font></span></p>
