hiện 4 mùa nhưng thường hay gặp nhất về mùa đông xuân vì các tác nhân
gây bệnh phát triển nhiều và sức đề kháng của cơ thể kém. Cúm hay phát
triển thành dịch. Theo Đông y, <span style="border: 1.0pt none windowtext; padding: 0in">cảm
cúm</span><font color="#005A89"><span style="border: 1.0pt none windowtext; padding: 0in">
</span></font>thuộc phạm vi ôn bệnh (còn gọi là ôn dịch, dịch lệ). Y học
cổ truyền có thể điều trị các thể nhẹ và điều trị hỗ trợ các thể trung
bình.</font></span></p>

triệu chứng nổi bật là sốt, sợ gió lạnh, không có mồ hôi hoặc ít mồ hôi,
nhức đầu, hơi có cảm giác khát, rêu lưỡi mỏng, mạch nhanh (trên 90 lần/phút).
Đông y sử dụng các vị thuốc có tinh dầu, tính cay mát, sát khuẩn đường
hô hấp như bạc hà, kinh giới; có tính kháng sinh như kim ngân hoa, liên
kiều; có tác dụng hạ sốt như như lá tre, lá dâu; giảm ho, đau họng như
cát cánh, cam thảo, ngưu bàng tử...</font></span></p>

thuốc: liên kiều 40g, kim ngân 40g, bạc hà 24g, kinh giới 16g, trúc diệp
(lá tre) 16g, đậu xị 20g, cát cánh 24g, ngưu bàn tử 24g, cam thảo 20g.
Các vị thuốc trên xay nhỏ, mỗi lần uống 30g sắc với rễ lau tươi, khi
thấy hương thơm bốc lên thì rót ra uống (không sắc lâu vì bay mất tinh
dầu làm giảm tác dụng của thuốc). Ngày uống 3 lần, uống liền 3 ngày.</font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 18.0pt; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0" align="justify">

triệu chứng chính là ho, sốt nhẹ 38 - 38,5 độ, hơi khát nước, thường
dùng các thuốc có vị cay, tính mát, kháng khuẩn, giảm ho, hạ sốt nhẹ.
Bài thuốc gồm: hạnh nhân 8g, bạc hà 7g, cúc hoa 4g, sinh cam thảo 3g,
liên kiều 6g, tang diệp 8g, cát cánh 8g, rễ lau 8g. Sắc uống ngày một
thang, chia 3 lần uống trong ngày.</font></span></p>

Nếu có cảm giác nóng trong ngực, thêm hoàng cầm để thanh phế nhiệt,
chống bội nhiễm. Nếu khát nước thêm thiên hoa phấn để tăng thể dịch,
giảm cảm giác háo khát.</font></span></p>

triệu chứng toàn thân nóng, nằm không yên, ra mồ hôi, khó thở kiểu hen,
ho, mạch nhanh trên 90 lần/phút. Phương pháp chữa thanh nhiệt, tuyên phế,
bình suyễn. Các vị thuốc thường dùng có tác dụng giãn phế quản, giảm
xuất tiết, giúp thông đường thở, giảm ho và hạ sốt.</font></span></p>
