gọi là “rau đắng đất” mọc hoang nhiều ở vùng Nam Bộ và Nam Trung Bộ. Cây
rất dễ sống, do khả năng phân nhánh khỏe nên thường mọc thành đám ở
ruộng trồng ngô, khoai, sắn, ở bãi sông, nương rẫy và thậm chí ở ven
đường đi. </font></span></p>

<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">Thứ rau này tuy dễ
kiếm nhưng lại hiếm khi bán ngoài chợ; thường là người dân tìm thấy, nhổ
cả bụi, mỗi chỗ một ít đem về rửa sạch nấu canh ăn. Món lẩu cá kèo, lẩu
mắm hay canh cá lóc, canh cá rô đồng... đặc sản miền Tây không thể thiếu
rau đắng đất – thứ rau mới cho vào miệng thì có vị đắng, nhưng khi trôi
xuống họng lại có vị ngọt khó quên. “À ơi… Canh rau đắng, cá rô đồng;
Nồi cơm mẹ nấu à ơi... thơm nồng buổi trưa”; “Rau đắng ngọt lịm tình
quê, anh đi lục tỉnh anh mê không về”... Rau đắng đã vào ca dao, theo
câu hát ru đi vào tâm hồn người Việt như thế.</font></span></p>

<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">Trong các bữa nhậu
lai rai của người miền Nam, đĩa rau đắng đất vừa là thứ rau gia vị, vừa
có tác dụng giải rượu rất hiệu quả. Rau đắng đất được coi là cây thuốc
quý mà thiên nhiên ban tặng cho con người bởi sự lành tính và những lợi
ích tuyệt vời của nó.</font></span></p>

dụng rau đắng làm thuốc</font></span></b></p>

<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">GS.TS Đỗ Tất Lợi viết
trong tài liệu “Những cây thuốc và vị thuốc Việt Nam”: rau đắng đất hay
còn gọi là cây xương cá hay cây càng tôm là loài cây cỏ mọc bò gần sát
mặt đất, lá nhỏ có bẹ chìa, hoa màu hồng tím mọc tụ 1-5 hoa ở kẽ lá. Rau
đắng đất mọc khắp nơi tại các tỉnh của Việt Nam, thường mọc nhiều nơi ẩm
ướt. </font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">Trong rau đắng đất có
chứa 0.35 % tanin, Vitamin C (900mg% đối với cây khô kiệt), Catotin (
39%), đường, tinh dầu và một ít ancaloit. Rau đắng có tính bình, không
độc, lợi tiểu, sát trùng bàng quang, ăn nhiều có thể chữa đái buốt, sỏi
thận, giải độc... </font></span></p>

<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">Cách dùng rau đắng
đất hiệu quả</font></span></b></p>

<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">Rau đắng được dùng
làm thuốc lợi tiểu, chữa tiểu buốt, sỏi thận, giải độc, chữa rắn cắn,
mụn nhọt, vàng da: Ngày dùng 6-12 g (khô) dưới dạng thuốc sắc. Có thể
dùng tươi, sao khô rồi sắc uống. Dùng ngoài giã nát đắp không kể liều.</font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">Ngày uống 12g rau
đắng phơi hay sấy khô dưới dạng thuốc sắc. Chữa tiểu tiện khó khăn, tiểu
buốt, tiểu ra sỏi cạn.</font></span></p>

<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">Rau đắng khô 12g,
hoạt thạch 10g, mộc thông 5g, xa tiền thảo (cây mã đề) 8g, nước ba bát,
sắc còn một bát. Chia 3 lần uống trong ngày. Chữa viêm bàng quang, viêm
đường tiểu tiện, tiểu buốt.</font></span></p>

<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">Ngoài ra, có thể dùng
bài thuốc rau đắng đất kết hợp với Actiso, Bìm bìm biếc trong thuốc bổ
gan Boganic để cải thiện các triệu chứng suy giảm chức năng gan, viêm
gan như ăn kém, khó tiêu, đầy bụng, da xạm vàng, nước tiểu vàng, đau hạ
sườn phải.</font></span></td>
