dạng sủi khá an toàn, không ảnh hưởng đến niêm mạc dạ dày nhiều như
thuốc dạng viên vì thuốc được hòa tan trước khi uống. </font></b></p>

<font face="Arial" size="3">Tuy nhiên, thuốc dạng sủi, ngoài thành phần
chính là dược chất còn có nhiều chất khác không có tác dụng điều trị,
hay còn gọi là tá dược như chất tạo màu và tạo hương với mục đích giúp
cho việc uống thuốc dễ dàng hơn; chất tạo sủi natri bicacbonat có tính
kiềm, khi gặp chất có tính acid như vitamin C hòa trong nước, nó sẽ tạo
phản ứng hóa học, trở thành muối ăn và các bọt khí CO2. Nhờ những hoạt
chất này cùng với một số tá dược khác sẽ làm thúc đẩy quá trình tan các
hoạt chất chính được nhanh hơn, đồng thời cũng giúp khả năng hấp thu của
thuốc vào cơ thể tốt hơn.</font></p>

cần cẩn trọng khi sử dụng thuốc dạng này. Đối với trẻ em dưới 2 tuổi,
những người bị tăng huyết áp, đột quỵ, suy thận, sỏi thận, canxi máu cao,
nước tiểu nhiều cặn sỏi... tuyệt đối tránh sử dụng dạng thuốc này.</font></p>

<font face="Arial" size="3">Mới đây, các nhà khoa học còn tìm thấy nguy
cơ bị đột quỵ, tăng huyết áp và tử vong từ thuốc dạng sủi bởi trong
thành phần thuốc này có khá nhiều muối. Nghiên cứu của Trường đại học
Dundee (Anh) trên hơn 1 triệu người thấy rằng, những người sử dụng các
thuốc dạng hòa tan dễ bị đột quỵ hơn 22%, dễ bị tăng huyết áp hơn gấp 7
lần và dễ bị tử vong sớm do mọi nguyên nhân hơn 28% so với những người
dùng các thuốc tương tự không chứa muối. </font></div>
