dùng khá phổ biến và uống là hình thức phổ biến nhất. Tuy nhiên, mỗi
loại bệnh lại có thời điểm và cách uống thuốc khác nhau.</span></font></p>

Thường dùng cho các loại bệnh gan thận hư tổn hoặc những bệnh có vị trí
phía dưới như các bệnh từ eo lưng trở xuống và các bệnh về đường ruột.
Vì lúc này, dạ dày đang rỗng, thuốc tiếp xúc chủ yếu với niêm mạc đường
tiêu hóa sẽ hấp thu nhanh và đạt được hiệu quả chữa trị.</span></font></p>

</span></i><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Thường áp dụng đối với nhưng
loại thuốc có tác dụng kích thích đường tiêu hóa hay những loại thuốc
trị bệnh có vị trí ở trên như bệnh tim, gan, phổi… Theo các thầy thuốc
Đông y, đây là những loại thuốc có dược tính mạnh nên cần phải uống sau
khi ăn để khỏi bị hấp thu quá nhanh dẫn tới trúng độc.</span></font></p>

</i><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Thuốc giải độc, cầm nôn, giải nhiệt
đều nên uống nguội. Ví dụ như thuốc chữa trị sốt cao nên để thật nguội

</i><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Những loại thuốc có tính bồi bổ
thường có vị ôn hòa nên thường được chỉ định dùng khi ấm nhằm tăng cường
tác dụng bổ khí và bổ dưỡng. Với thuốc bổ, sắc xong để nguội khoảng 35%
thì uống là vừa.</span></font></p>

</i><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Thuốc trúng gió, cảm cúm, giải độc
trừ hòa, nên uống lúc còn nóng để cho ra mồ hôi; Khi cần loại trừ hàn,
tăng cường thông huyết mạnh, thường được chỉ định uống lúc nóng để phát
huy hết tác dụng của thuốc.</span></font></p>

lần: </span></i><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Những loại thuốc mạnh
liều lượng ít được sử dụng để uống một lần cho hết nhằm tập trung sức
mạnh của thuốc, phát huy hiệu quả tối đa như thuốc thông đại tiểu tiện,
tan máu ứ…</span></font></p>

</span></i><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Những người bị bệnh về yết
hầu, hay nôn mửa, cần uống thuốc làm nhiều lần và từ từ để thuốc có thời
gian ngấm vào cơ thể và dạ dày.</span></font></p>

</span></i><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Thuốc bổ cũng được khuyên
dùng nên uống vào buổi sáng, lúc bụng đói để hấp thu được hết.</span></font></p>

<font face="Arial"><i><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Uống trước khi
ngủ: </span></i><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Thuốc an thần gây ngủ vì
thế uống trước khi ngủ khoảng 30 phút sẽ giúp thuốc phát huy hiệu quả
cao nhất. Bên cạnh đó, người mắc bệnh tích trệ, đau ngực sau khi uống
thuốc nên nằm ngửa; người mắc bệnh ở đầu, não, tai, mắt, sau khi uống
thuốc nên tĩnh dưỡng tại chỗ. Đối với người mắc bệnh đau hai bên suờn
sau khi uống thuốc nên nằm nghiêng.</span></font></p>

</span></i><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Thường sử dụng đối với các
loại thuốc tẩy giun sán. Trước khi đi ngủ uống một lần, sáng hôm sau
uống một lần nữa khi bụng đói để giun sán bị tiêu diệt và dễ bài tiết ra
ngoài. </span></font></div>
