<font face="Arial"><span style="font-family: Arji">Nghệ đen còn có nhiều
tên gọi khác nhau như nghệ tím, ngải tím, ngải xanh, nghệ đăm. Trong y
học cổ truyền, nghệ đen có tên thuốc là nga truật, là thân rễ phơi khô
của cây nghệ đen.</span></font></p>
<p style="margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<span style="font-family: Arji">Nghệ đen là loại cây thảo cao từ 1 -
1,5m, thân rễ hình nón với nhiều nhánh phụ thon như hình quả trứng tỏa
xung quanh như hình chân vịt. Lá có bẹ to ôm vào chân cây ở phía dưới,
có đốm tía đỏ ở gần giữa mặt trên, lá dài 30 - 60cm, rộng 7 - 8cm. Cuống
lá ngắn hoặc không có. Hoa màu vàng, đài có thùy hình mác tù, dài 15mm,
thùy giữa nhọn. Cụm hoa tập trung thành bông hình trụ, mọc lên từ thân
rễ. Lá bắc phía dưới hình quả trứng hay hình mác tù, màu xanh lục nhạt,
đầu lá màu đỏ, không mang hoa. Quả hình trứng, ba cạnh, nhẵn hạt thuôn,
áo hạt trắng. Về hình dáng, nghệ đen rất giống nghệ vàng nhưng có màu
tím đậm.<br>

<span style="font-family: Arji">Cây mọc hoang ở vùng rừng núi, ven suối,
vùng xốp ẩm và được trồng ở nhiều nơi để làm thuốc. Bộ phận dùng là
thân, rễ tươi hoặc khô khi thu củ, vỏ ngoài vàng nâu, trong xanh thẫm,
thu hái về cắt bỏ rễ con, luộc chín. Thu hái nghệ đen vào đầu tháng 11 -
12.</span></p>

<span style="font-family: Arji">Theo y học cổ truyền, nghệ đen có vị
cay, đắng, tính ôn, có tác dụng hành khí, phá huyết, thông kinh, tiêu
tích, hóa thực… Thường dùng chữa đau bụng, ăn không tiêu, đầy hơi, bế
kinh…</span></p>

<span style="font-family: Arji">Một số đơn thuốc có sử dụng nghệ đen</span></b></p>
<p style="margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0"><i>
<span style="font-family: Arji">Chữa chứng huyết ứ, kinh nguyệt không
thông, bế kinh, máu ra kéo dài, đen, đông thành khối nhỏ, kèm theo đau
bụng trước khi thấy kinh: </span></i><span style="font-family: Arji">
Nghệ đen 15g, ích mẫu 15g. Sắc uống ngày 1 thang. Uống 5-7 ngày trước kỳ
kinh.<br>

tiêu tích, hóa thực...</font></span></font></p>

<span style="font-family: Arji">Ăn không tiêu, bụng đầy trướng: </span>
</i><span style="font-family: Arji">Nghệ đen 25g, tim lợn 1 quả. Tim lợn
làm sạch, thái miếng, nghệ đen thái lát, nấu chín, thêm gia vị. Ăn liên
tục 5 - 7 ngày. </span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0"><i>
<span style="font-family: Arji">Chữa đau bụng kinh, sắc kinh xấu: </span>
</i><span style="font-family: Arji">Nghệ đen 20g, ích mẫu 16g, ngải cứu
8g. Sắc với 500ml nước, còn 200ml, chia 2 lần uống trước bữa ăn. Uống
5-7 ngày trước kỳ kinh.</span></p>
<p style="margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0"><i>
<span style="font-family: Arji">Bổ khí, dưỡng huyết:</span></i><span style="font-family: Arji">
Nghệ đen, bạch chỉ, hồi hương, cam thảo, đương quy, thục địa, bạch
thược, xuyên khung mỗi vị 40g. Tất cả các vị tán bột, hoàn thành viên.
Ngày uống 8 - 12g. Thích hợp dùng cho các trường hợp suy nhược, tiêu hóa
hấp thu kém, thể trạng xanh xao, thiếu máu,…</span></p>
