Bệnh của tôi có thể phẫu thuật được không và có khỏi hoàn toàn?.</span></b></font></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Gai cột sống là sự phát triển thêm ra của xương đốt sống, đĩa sụn hoặc dây chằng quanh khớp. Có 3 nguyên nhân dẫn đến căn bệnh này: viêm khớp cột sống mạn tính, sự lắng đọng canxi ở các dây chằng hoặc gân tiếp xúc với đốt sống, cuối cùng là tiền sử bị chấn thương làm hư hại xương hoặc khớp ở cột sống.</span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0" align="center"><font face="Arial"><span style="mso-ignore: vglayout; font-size: 12.0pt; text-decoration: none"><img src="03/image003.jpg" alt="phuong-phap-dieu-tri-benh-gai-cot-song" v:shapes="Picture_x0020_21" height="399" border="0" width="350"></span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Chiều dài của các gai không lớn và chỉ mọc ở mặt trước, hoặc mặt bên của cột sống, ít khi mọc ở phía sau, việc chèn ép của gai lên các bộ phận khác không nhiều, vì thế, đa phần những người bị gai đôi cột sống sẽ không gặp trở ngại trong sinh hoạt và việc phẫu thuật cắt bỏ gai là không cần thiết. Phẫu thuật gai đôi cột sống chỉ được chỉ định trong các trường hợp gai quá lớn làm hẹp ống tủy hoặc chèn rễ thần kinh cột sống. Tuy nhiên, việc phẫu thuật cũng không thể triệt tiêu bệnh hoàn toàn, bởi vì gai có thể mọc lại.</span></font></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Đối với bệnh gai cột sống, phương pháp điều thích hợp nhất vẫn là châm cứu, vật lý trị liệu, tác động cột sống để tăng sự vận động các cơ khớp...
