<font face="Arial">Dưới đây là một số mẹo dùng gừng để trị bệnh thường
gặp như:<br>
<br>
<b>- Kiết lỵ ra máu:</b> Dùng củ gừng khô sao trên lửa cho đến khi gần
cháy thành than rồi đem tán nhỏ hòa với nước cơm hoặc nước cháo, uống
mỗi ngày một ít.<br>
<br>
<b>- Đi tiêu chảy:</b> Củ gừng tươi đem sấy khô rồi tán nhỏ, hòa với
nước cơm uống hàng ngày.<br>
<br>
<b>- Nôn mửa:</b> Xắt một lát gừng tươi cho vào miệng ngậm và nhấm nháp
cho đến khi hết cảm giác buồn nôn thì thôi.<br>
<br>
<b>- Cảm lạnh rét run:</b> Lấy 10 gr gừng tươi giã nát rồi hòa với nước
sôi. Sau đó lọc lấy nước bỏ bã gừng và cho thêm 10 gr đường trắng, khuấy
đều. Uống hỗn hợp này khi nóng và đắp mền kín cho ra mồ hôi.<br>
<br>
<b>- Đối với trường hợp cảm sốt do thời tiết lạnh:</b> Lấy củ gừng tươi
giã nhỏ rồi tẩm rượu, sao cho nóng lên. Sau đó cho gừng vào một tấm vải
cột chặt lại dùng để xoa lên người đánh gió toàn thân.<br>
<br>
<b>- Cảm cúm, sốt, nhức đầu, ho, nghẹt mũi:</b> Dùng 15 gr gừng tươi, 10
gr hành trắng (hành tây, lấy cả củ, rễ, lá). Cho tất cả vào sắc lấy nước
uống, còn phần bã cho thêm nước, đun sôi lên để xông cho ra mồ hôi.<br>
<br>
<b>Lưu ý: </b>Những người tạng nóng thường bị lở miệng, táo bón, ra mồ
hôi thì không nên dùng gừng. Thông thường chỉ nên dùng trong một khoảng
thời gian ngắn vì dùng thường xuyên sẽ khiến chảy nước mắt sống.</font></td>
