<b><font face="Arial">Các bộ phận như trái, rễ, lá, vỏ và nhựa của cây
sa kê có nhiều dược tính nên được sử dụng làm thuốc trị bệnh.</font></b></p>

kê tên khoa học là Artocarpus altilis, thuộc họ dâu tằm (Moraceae) là
loại cây được trồng nhiều ở miền Tây Nam bộ nước ta. Các bộ phận như
trái, rễ, lá, vỏ và nhựa của cây sa kê có nhiều dược tính nên được sử
dụng làm thuốc trị bệnh.</font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">Theo Đông y, cây sa
kê có tác dụng tốt đối với một số bệnh về chuyển hóa. </font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">Cụ thể: Thịt của trái
sakê có tác dụng bổ tỳ, ích khí; hạt sakê thì bổ trung ích khí, lợi
trung tiện; vỏ cây có tác dụng sát trùng tiêu viêm, tiêu độc, dùng để
trị ghẻ; nhựa cây sa kê pha loãng trị tiêu chảy, lỵ; rễ sa kê có tính
làm dịu, sát khuẩn, dùng để trị ho, hen suyễn, các chứng rối loạn dạ
dày, đau răng hay bệnh về da rất hiệu quả; lá sa kê phối hợp với lá đu
đủ non tươi, giã với vôi để đắp trị mụn nhọt. </font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">Trong dân gian còn sử
dụng lá sa kê để trị phù thũng hay viêm gan vàng da bằng cách lấy lá già
(còn tươi) nấu uống. Lá sa kê còn có thể phối hợp với một số vị thuốc
khác trị sỏi thận, gút, tiểu đường, tăng huyết áp...</font></span></p>

thiệu những phương thuốc trị bệnh từ cây sa kê.</font></span></p>

<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">- Chữa viêm gan vàng
da: Lá sa kê tươi 100g, diệp hạ châu tươi 50g, củ móp gai tươi 50g, cỏ
mực khô 20 – 50g. Nấu chung, lấy nước uống trong ngày.</font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">- Trị đau răng: Lấy
rễ cây sa kê, nấu nước ngậm và súc miệng.</font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">- Trị bệnh gút, sỏi
thận: Dùng lá sa kê già (còn tươi) 100g, dưa leo 100g, cỏ xước khô 50g,
cho 3 thứ vào nồi nấu lấy nước uống trong ngày.</font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">- Trị chứng tăng
huyết áp dao động: Dùng lá sa kê vàng (vừa rụng) 2 lá, rau ngót tươi
50g, lá chè xanh tươi 20g, nấu chung lấy nước uống trong ngày.</font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">- Trị tiểu đường týp
2: Lấy lá sa kê già 100g (khoảng 2 lá), quả đậu bắp tươi 100g, lá ổi non
50g, cho vào nồi nấu lấy nước uống hằng ngày.</font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">Lưu ý, chỉ nên dùng
lá sakê sắc uống trong trường hợp phù thũng, bí tiểu hoặc viêm nhiễm,
còn bình thường không nên uống thường xuyên, nhất là uống quá nhiều sẽ
không có lợi, bởi vì ngoài tác dụng lợi tiểu, tiêu viêm, lá sakê còn
chứa độc tính nhất định.</font></span></td>
