góc con người" nhưng đại đa số người dân Việt Nam lại mắc các bệnh về
răng miệng, ảnh hưởng lớn đến thẩm mỹ và sức khỏe.</font></span></p>

trạng này, nhiều người sẵn sàng bỏ tiền triệu để đi tẩy trắng răng.</font></span></p>

trắng răng</font></span></b></p>

việc dùng chất tẩy trắng răng có thể mang lại những lợi ích như làm sạch

thuốc tẩy trắng sẽ lấy đi những vết ố trên răng mà không làm thay đổi
cấu trúc của răng. Bởi bản chất tẩy trắng là sử dụng oxy hóa khử, phóng
thích oxy nguyên chất thấm vào, cắt đứt các chuỗi protein màu trong răng
làm răng trắng, bóng hơn. </font></span></p>

thấy 95% dân số thích ứng rất tốt với chất tẩy trắng răng và đạt được
màu răng trắng sáng như mong muốn. Thông thường, sau 2 tuần tẩy trắng
răng, màu răng sẽ ổn định trong suốt 6 tháng đến 1 năm. Sau đó giảm dần
theo thời gian nhưng cũng vẫn trắng hơn màu răng ban đầu. Một số người
có thể giữ được màu trắng từ 3- 4 năm.</font></span></p>

trắng răng có hai loại chủ yếu là Hydrogen peroxide và Carbamide
peroxide với những nồng độ khác nhau. Nhiều nghiên cứu cho thấy,
hydrogen peroxide - một thành phần làm trắng răng, nếu sử dụng với lượng
lớn và dài ngày có thể gây ra ung thư lưỡi, vòm họng. </font></span></p>

hàm răng ngả màu vàng, chị Trang, ở Hai Bà Trưng, đã tìm đến một cơ
sở nha khoa để tẩy trắng răng. Chị vui mừng khi răng trắng, bóng hẳn
lên. Thấy vậy chị cố tẩy thêm vài lần nữa để hàm răng thực sự trắng hoàn
hảo. </font></span></p>

sở hữu hàm răng đẹp nhưng chưa hết vui thì chỉ 1 tháng sau đó, răng của
chị Trang bắt đầu ê buốt, ăn uống khó khăn. Uống thuốc giảm đau đến mấy
tuần cũng không đỡ, đưa tay sờ vào răng chị thấy lung lay. </font>

thao tác y như hướng dẫn của người bán hàng, nhưng chưa đầy một tuần
sau, lợi đã sưng vù, đỏ tấy, lở loét, hơi thở có mùi tanh hôi, cả hàm

những người có cổ chân răng bị mòn, thiểu sản men răng, răng sâu, vỡ, có
mảng bám (cao răng), phụ nữ có thai, người mắc bệnh đái tháo đường, trẻ
dưới 18 tuổi… không nên tẩy răng. </font></span></p>

Thu Huyền, Khoa Răng - Hàm - Mặt, Bệnh viện Xanh Pôn: Hiện nay, có rất
nhiều phương pháp làm trắng răng nhưng cách bảo vệ răng tốt nhất là vệ
sinh hàng ngày đúng cách. Ví dụ, sau ăn cần đánh răng để tránh sâu
răng, lấy cao răng định kỳ (tiêu chuẩn quốc tế là 3 tháng/lần, tiêu
chuẩn Việt Nam là 6 tháng/lần).</font></span></p>

<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">Tẩy trắng răng có hai
phương pháp là đeo máng, dùng thuốc từ 5-7 ngày theo hướng dẫn của bác
sĩ và tẩy ở phòng mạch kết hợp ánh sáng với thuốc làm trắng. Tuy nhiên,
điều trị tẩy trắng răng chỉ có thể hiệu quả với mức độ nhiễm màu nhẹ do
tác động bên ngoài như vệ sinh răng miệng không tốt, ăn uống nhiều chất
kích thích dễ bám màu như ăn trầu, uống trà, cà phê, thuốc lá, rượu
vang... </font></span></p>

<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">Trường hợp răng đổi
màu ở mức độ trung bình hoặc nặng do bẩm sinh, tuổi tác, hoặc khiếm
khuyết trong quá trình hình thành, phát triển men và ngà răng thì tẩy
trắng chỉ làm màu răng sáng lên tương đối. Nếu răng đen do hỏng men răng
thì dùng thuốc nào cũng không có tác dụng. </font></span></p>

răng cần khám kỹ xác định răng miệng không có bệnh. Đồng thời thẩm định
độ đen xỉn của răng để sử dụng nồng độ thuốc phù hợp. Đặc biệt sau khi
tẩy trắng cần chăm sóc răng đúng cách theo hướng dẫn của bác sĩ. Không
nên tẩy răng thường xuyên vì hóa chất, axit trong thuốc tẩy có hại cho
men răng, bào mòn bớt độ bóng và gây hại cho răng. </font></span></td>
