viêm khớp là bệnh rất phổ biến, với số lượng người mắc bệnh rất nhiều
chỉ đứng hàng thứ hai sau bệnh tim mạch. Những người mắc bệnh này thường
bị tổn thương ở các khớp ngón tay, cổ tay, đầu gối, háng… gây nên tình
trạng đau nhức, khó khăn trong cử động và đôi khi bị tàn phế do khớp bị
biến dạng.</span></i></b></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Thuật ngữ “bệnh viêm
khớp” không chỉ là một bệnh mà có trên 100 loại bệnh viêm khớp khác
nhau. Chúng ta hãy cùng nhau tìm hiểu một số bệnh viêm khớp thường gặp.</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Bệnh viêm xương
khớp</span></b></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Nguyên nhân gây ra
bệnh là sự thoái hóa sụn khớp. Sụn là phần đệm bảo vệ xương, giúp cho
khớp cử động dễ dàng và giảm áp lực lên xương. Khi sụn bị thoái hóa,
phần xương bên dưới lớp sụn sẽ phát triển dày lên tạo thành các chồi
xương. Sự cọ xát các xương sẽ gây nên tình trạng đau nhức và khó khăn
trong cử động, di chuyển.</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Bệnh viêm khớp
dạng thấp</span></b></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Là một bệnh tự miễn:
các kháng thể của cơ thể tấn công lên chính xuơng và sụn của chính cơ
thể mình. Nguyên nhân gây bệnh đến nay vẫn chưa rõ. Bệnh gây nên tình
trạng sưng viêm, đau nhức và làm cứng khớp. Quá trình diễn tiến bệnh
thường chậm, khởi đầu tác động lên một khớp sau lan ra các khớp khác.</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Bệnh thường tác động
lên các khớp đối xứng và ở mức độ nặng sẽ gây ra biến dạng ở các khớp.</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Bệnh thường gặp ở phụ
nữ (gấp ba lần so với nam giới) với độ tuổi từ 30 – 50 tuổi và gây nên
tình trạng suy nhược cơ thể.</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Điều trị:</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Trong điều trị bệnh
viêm xương khớp và bệnh viêm khớp dạng thấp, thường kết hợp các phương
pháp sau:</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">- Tập vật lý trị
liệu, giảm cân, thư giãn cùng với chế độ dinh duỡng giàu vitamin và
khoáng chất.</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">- Giảm đau với các
loại thuốc như acetaminophen, aspirin, thuốc kháng viêm non-steroid
(NSAID).</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">- Đối với bệnh viêm
khớp dạng thấp, có thể sử dụng các thuốc thuộc nhóm ức chế miễn dịch
như: methotrexat, azathiopurin, cyclophosphamid…</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">- Áp dụng phương pháp
phẫu thuật thay khớp khi tình trạng bệnh đã nặng.</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Bệnh gút</span></b></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Nguyên nhân gây ra
bệnh gút là do sự rối loạn chuyển hóa acid uric trong cơ thể. Acid uric
và muối urat của nó tăng cao trong máu, sẽ lắng đọng thành những tinh
thể sắc cạnh, tập trung ở các khớp gây ra cơn đau nhức dữ dội. Bệnh
thường xảy ra đột ngột với những triệu chứng điển hình: sưng, nóng, đỏ,
đau ở những vùng bị viêm.</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Bệnh thường gặp ở
tuổi trung niên, đa số ở nam giới. Khi các tinh thể này tập trung với
nồng độ cao ở thận có thể gây ra biến chứng: sỏi thận và suy thận rất
nguy hiểm.</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">Điều trị:</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">- Tăng cường luyện
tập thể dục, thể thao (để giúp đẩy nhanh quá trình thải trừ acid uric).</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">- Hạn chế bia, rượu
và những thức ăn giàu purin (do acid uric là chất chuyển hóa cuối cùng
của purin) như: nghêu, sò, gan, lòng, thịt đỏ…</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">- Sử dụng thuốc
colchicin kết hợp nhóm thuốc tăng thải trừ acid uric như allopurinol.</span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt">- Giảm đau với nhóm
thuốc giảm đau đơn thuần như acetaminophen, aspirin và nhóm thuốc kháng
viêm non-steroid (NSAID).</span></font></td>
