bé khi trưởng thành</b></font></p>

những bé đủ tháng; khi đo chiều cao của thân thể nếu như chuẩn xác đến
0,1cm thì chiều cao dự đoán sẽ càng chính xác hơn.</font></p>

năng chiều cao của bé.</b></font></p>

<font face="Arial">Tuổi xương cốt và tuổi tác không phải là một, tuổi
xương cốt chính là tuổi sinh vật, có liên quan mật thiết đến chiều cao,
thường dùng để ví với sự phát triển và sự trưởng thành của con người.</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Phán đoán tuổi xương cốt thường dựa vào chụp X quang,
chụp X quang xương cổ tay bên phải của bé, sau đó căn cứ số lượng tổ
chức sợi và sụn thể hiện trong X quang và tuổi thực tế của bé có thể xác
định được khả năng cao của bé.</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial">Tổ chức sợi, sụn xuất hiện sớm hơn so với tuổi thực
tế, chứng minh khả năng bé phát triển chiều cao nhỏ, ngược lại thì khả
năng bé phát triển chiều cao rất lớn.</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<font face="Arial">Những phương pháp trên có thể cùng tham khảo, đồng
thời còn giúp bạn biết được bé phát triển có bình thường hay không, khả
năng phát triển chiều cao của bé, nếu như phát hiện tuổi xương cốt không
phù hợp với tuổi thực tế của bé thì khuyên bạn nên đưa bé đến bệnh viện
để kiểm tra.</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Chiều cao của trẻ còn bị tác động bởi những
yếu tố khác như: chế độ dinh dưỡng và tập luyện thể thao. Để
bé có một chiều cao lí tưởng trong tương lai, bố mẹ nên cung
cấp đầy đủ các chất dinh dưỡng thiết yếu cho bé cũng như
khuyến khích bé tập thể dục thể thao thường xuyên.</font></td>
