cho gia cầm (gà, vịt), lái buôn đã dùng bã đậu hoặc các tạp chất rẻ tiền
bơm vào diều của chúng. Đáng chú ý, lái buôn đến một chợ sỉ ở tỉnh Long
An lấy gia cầm nhưng do gia cầm (đặc biệt là vịt) ở đây cũng đã bị lái
buôn (gọi là lái buôn cấp 1) bơm tạp chất quá căng. Để vận chuyển về
TP.HCM không bị chết, các lái buôn đã “nặn” hết tạp chất ở diều vịt ra.
Sau khi đã vận chuyển về thành phố an toàn, trước khi mang ra chợ bán lẻ
cho người tiêu dùng, lái buôn “cấp 2” tiếp tục bơm tạp chất vào diều vịt
để tăng trọng lượng kiếm thêm tiền lời. Riêng gà, do cổ gà bé không
“nặn” tạp chất ra được các lái buôn chấp nhận nếu lỡ gà bịt chết trên
đường vận chuyển, nhưng để không bị lỗ, trước khi mang ra chợ bán lẻ gà
tiếp tục được bơm tạp chất vào diều.</font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt"><font face="Arial">Đồ nghề được các lái
buôn chế bằng ống nước thành một cái bơm, gắn thêm ống nhựa dẻo to bằng
ngón tay út làm vòi bơm, cứ thế lái buôn nhét vào cổ gà cắm sâu xuống
diều và mỗi con gà phải chịu một cái nhấn là căng diều (khoảng 200g)!
Còn cổ vịt to hơn nên họ nhét vào một ống nhựa dẻo to bằng ngón tay cái,
bên trên đầu ống nhựa được gắn một cái chai nước để làm phễu. Cứ thế mỗi
chú vịt bị đổ vào một ca tạp chất khoảng 200 – 300g.</font></span></p>
