Gân và dây thần kinh chạy từ cánh tay xuống lòng bàn tay, trong đường ống do các xương cổ tay họp thành. Khi ta liên tục co ngón tay, gân cọ xát vào xương, sưng lên và đè lên dây thần kinh giữa. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">Bệnh nhân có cảm giác như kim châm, tê tê và đau đau ở ngón tay trỏ và ngón giữa và làm yếu mỏi cơ thịt của ngón cái. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">Hội chứng thấy ở nữ nhiều hơn là nam giới, và thường có trong các bệnh như viêm thấp khớp, tiểu đường, giảm chức năng tuyến giáp. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">Với nghề nghiệp thì bệnh là hậu quả việc co ruỗi cổ tay liên tục khi dùng bàn phím vi tính hoặc máy đánh chữ, thư ký biên chép, nhạc sĩ bấm phím đàn, công nhân dây truyền lắp ráp, thợ sửa xe hơi...</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">Hội chứng có thể chữa được bằng thuốc steroids, thuốc chống viêm, vật lý trị liệu, hoặc giải phẫu giải tỏa sức ép trong hầm. </span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">Ngoài ra, nên có vài giây phút xả hơi giữa công việc để cổ tay nghỉ, tránh bàn tay nắm con chuột quá chặt, kê cổ tay trên cục mềm cũng giúp giảm thiểu khó khăn này.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0"><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">Chúng tôi đề nghị cô hỏi bác sĩ xem có thể chích steroid để coi xem có bớt không.
