cứng co duỗi khó khăn có thể do nhiều lý do trong đó mấy lý do thường
thấy như các khớp bị viêm xưng, ngón tay ở vị thế bất động một thời gian
lâu chẳng hạn nằm ngủ ban đêm sang ra các ngón tay tê dại phải bóp một
lúc mới bớt. Theo kinh nghiệm, nếu ta cử động và massage các ngón đó một
lúc là dễ chịu ngay. Nếu không hết, chúng tôi đề nghị bà nên đến bác sĩ
để khám bệnh tìm nguyên nhân rồi điều trị.</span></p>
