tên là Trần anh Phong –Nam, 28 tuổi,đã lập gia đình được 3 năm, có 1 con

xin kể tình trạng sức khoẻ của tôi, rất mong được bác sĩ giải đáp:</span></p>

<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; font-style: italic">- Gần
đây, thỉnh thoảng đi tiểu tôi thấy phần đầu <b>nước tiểu ra có màu trắng đục</b>
tôi rất lo, trước đây tôi cho là thận của tôi cũng không được tốt, tôi có
chú ý giữ gìn, không nhịn tiểu, uống nhiều nước, nhưng nước tiểu của tôi
bình thường cũng vẫn có màu vàng, hơi đục 1 chút.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; font-style: italic">- Sức
khoẻ sinh hoạt tình dục nói chung là bình thường, không có gì phải phàn nàn
cả, bác sĩ ạ, cũng không có chuyện sinh hoạt bừa bãi bên ngoài.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">

Tình hình sức khoẻ nói chung cũng không được tốt lắm, <b>hay mệt mỏi, nhất
là mỏi lưng</b> và dọc phần ngoài hai bên chân, <b>mùa đông, chân tay rất
lạnh, tôi phải giữ đi tất suốt mùa đông</b>. Tôi ăn, ngủ bình thường, tương
đối tốt, sinh hoạt điều độ.</span></p>

<span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; font-style: italic">- Rất
mong được bác sĩ giải đáp, và cho đơn thuốc, ( được đơn thuốc đông y thì tốt

1-Nươc tiểu do thận bài tiêt chứa rât nhiều chất phế thải của cơ thể
như urea, creatinine, uric acid và nhiều muối khoang khác. Bình
thường thì nó trong nhưng một vài thực phẩm hóa chất có thể làm nó
vẩn đục một chút. Của em mầu vàng hơi đục mà em không có dấu hiệu
đau buốt gì khi tiểu thì tôi nghĩ không sao đâu. Nếu muốn chắc chắn,
đề nghị em đi thử nước tiểu để coi xem có bị nhiễm trùng hoặc nhiều
muối khoáng như calcium, uric acid...Trong khi đó, em tiếp tục uống
nhiều nước lạnh.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">

2-Hay mệt mỏi nhất là mỏi lưng: Em làm việc văn phòng có nhiều không?
ngồi có ngay ngắn không? Ðề nghị em dinh dưỡng đầy đủ, uống thêm
multivitamin mỗi ngày, thập thể thao đều đặn để có sức khỏe tốt.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 150%; margin-top: 12px; margin-bottom: 0">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
3-Mùa đông chân tay lạnh mà không bị cóng bầm thì cũng không sao;
chân tay mặt mũi là nơi tiếp xúc nhiều với lạnh nên cần được che trở,
như em đã làm.</span></p>
