Tôi thường hay bị đau ngực và đã đi bác sĩ kể cả bác sĩ chuyên về bệnh tim
để khám bệnh và tất cả đều nói lả tim rất tốt. Bác sĩ cho uống thuốc
gaviscon để bớt đau vì nghi là dạ dày yếu. Uống vào thỉ thấy có thuyên giảm.
Xin bác sĩ cho biết những lý do gây ra đau ở ngực. Xin cảm ơn bác sĩ. </span>

Nếu bà đã đi bác sĩ chuyên môn về tim và được xác nhận là không có bệnh
tim thì sau đây là nguyễn nguyên nhân khác có thể gây ra đau ở ngực:</span></p>

a.Bệnh của túi mật như viêm hoặc sỏi mật đôi khi cũng gây đau tương tự
như cơn đau của tim.</span></p>

b.Chứng ợ chua với chất acit từ bao tử trào ngược lên thực quản, tạo ra
cảm giác nóng cháy sau xương ức.</span></p>

c.Viêm màng bọc hai lá phổi vì sưng phổi gây ra cảm giác đau, nhất là
khi ho hoặc hít thở mạnh.</span></p>

d.Đau khi gẫy nứt xương sườn hoặc viêm lớp sụn nối tiếp xương sườn với

e.Đau nhức các cơ liên sườn hoặc khi dây thần kinh bị kẹp.</span></p>

g.Đau ngực trong các bệnh phổi như phổi tràn khí phế mạc (pneumothorax),

h.Trong bệnh zona do virus thủy đậu gây ra, đau nhức từ sau lưng tới

i.Nuốt nhiều không khí khi vội vàng ăn hoặc uống nước có hơi hoặc uống

Người đang tức giận bực mình cũng nuốt nhiều hơi trong khi ồn ào, hổn
hển diễn tả lời nói.</span></p>

k.Nằm ngủ với cánh tay, bả vai ở vị thế bất bình thường cũng đưa tới đau
ngực.</span></p>

l.Trong cơn hoảng sợ, tim đập nhanh, hơi thở dồn dập, đổ mồ hôi, hụt hơi
thở cũng thường có cơn đau trước ngực.</span></p>
