trương từ 75 trở xuống, thậm chí xuống đến 62, 63.</span></p>

nó là thấp hay cao ? Tình trạng này đã lâu vài năm rồi, và năm nay tôi 68

bình là dưới 120/80.</span></p>

ông thay dổi trên dưới 130 và 140 thì cũng hơi cao đấy, tuy nhiên
vẫn chấp nhận được vì, ở người trọng tuổi huyết áp cũng hơi cao hơn
người trai tráng trung niên. Còn huyết áp tâm trương của ông dưới 75
là lý tưởng rồi. Không biết ông có nặng ký hay không.Nếu có thì nên
giảm cân một chút và dành vài chục phút mỗi ngày để vận động, như
vậy cũng hạ huyết áp tâm thu một chút.</span></p>
