Ngoài việc dùng thuốc theo toa của bác sĩ, bệnh nhân nên áp dụng mấy
phương thức sau đây:</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
-Tắm mỗi ngày để loại bỏ vẩy bám trên da. Tránh nước quá nóng, xà bông
quá mạnh làm da thêm khô ngứa. Lau da nhẹ nhàng tránh gây tổn thương
thêm.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
-Pha dầu tắm như Epson, Dead Sea salt, dầu thực vật trong bồn nước, ngâm
mình khoảng 15 phút cho da mềm.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
-Ngay sau khi tắm, da còn hơi nước, thoa các loại kem làm ẩm da. Mùa
lạnh khô, cần thoa kem làm ẩm da nhiều lần trong ngày.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
-Nhớ thoa và dùng thuốc trị bệnh do bác sĩ chỉ định. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
-Giữ hẹn tái khám để bác sĩ theo dõi tiến triển bệnh, thay đổi trị liệu.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
- Phơi nắng nhẹ cũng giúp phần nào nhưng đừng để da cháy nắng</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
-Tránh gãi chỗ ngứa. Giữ da ấm. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
-Tìm hiểu thêm về bệnh để biết cách chăm sóc, tránh tái phát hoặc trầm
trọng hơn.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Đôi khi người bệnh cũng nên có thái độ hòa hoãn, sống chung hòa bình với
Vẩy Nến, một bệnh tương đối lành tính, tuy khó chữa, nhưng không gây hậu
quả hiểm nghèo như nhiều bệnh khác.</span></p>
