Thưa Bác Sĩ! Tôi đã mổ cataract 2 mắt được 5 tháng rồi, mà tôi nhỏ nước mắt
giả vào thì nước mắt chảy ra dàn dụa cả giờ mới ngưng chảy. Bác sĩ mắt cho
thuốc uống cũng chảy nhiều như vậy. Tôi ngưng cả 2 thứ thì nước mắt chảy rất
ít và ít phút thôi. Tôi cũng chườm mắt bằng khăn ấm 5 phút, 2 lần một ngày.
Xin Bác Sĩ cho biết tại sao cứ chảy nước mắt sống nhiều như thế và tôi phải
làm gì? Tôi có đeo contact lên 30 năm trước khi mổ cườm mắt. Xin cám ơn bác
sĩ. </span></p>

Nếu là tôi thì tôi sẽ quay lại bác sĩ mới mổ mắt của tôi, để vị này
khám lại coi xem trong khi mổ có lỗi lầm nào không, vì “hai mắt là
ngọc”. Sau đây là biến chứng của giải phẫu cataract: viêm nhiễm
trùng, chẩy máu, sung mắt, bong võng mạc, mất thị lực…Tuy nhiên các
biến chứng này rất ít khi xảy ra vì kỹ thuật giải phẫu bây giờ rất
tiến bộ.</span></p>
