Vâng, đây cũng là thắc mắc của nhiều người vì bối rối, lo sợ, không
biết phải làm gì; không biết có chữa khỏi được không, đời sống mình
sẽ ra sao...</span></p>

Trước hết là khi bác sĩ nói huyết áp của ông trên 140/ 90 sau nhiều
lần đo, thì ông đã bị cao huyết áp rồi đấy. Bây giờ thì ông hãy bình
tĩnh nghe hướng dẫn của bác sĩ về cách dùng thuốc, kiêng khem ăn
uống, thay đổi nếp sống. Việc điều trị thường kéo dài suốt đời, cho
nên ông cần tích cực và hợp tác với bác sĩ và nhân viên y tế. Cao
huyết áp là bệnh có thể chữa để mang áp suất về với mức bình thường
của ông.</span></p>

Xin nói thêm rằng Cao H.A đã được coi như tên sát nhân thầm lặng,
âm thầm hủy hoại cơ thể bệnh nhân, nhất là khi bệnh nhân không uống
thuốc. Họ có thể bị tai biến mạch máu não, cơn quỵ tim, suy thận, lú
lẫn, mù lòa. Đời sống của họ sẽ khó khăn, suy yếu dần và có thể sớm
mệnh một.</span></p>
