xử dụng thuốc có công hiệu, không phản ứng, ta cần lưu ý những điều sau đây:</span></p>

khai với bác sĩ tất cả những bệnh mình đang có, những thuốc mình đang uống,
cả thuốc mua tự do hay thuốc do bạn bè giới thiệu. Mồi lần đi khám bệnh,
mang ống, chai thuốc đã dùng để bác sĩ dễ nhận diện thuốc. Nhiều vị nói, “ấy
kỳ trước bác sĩ cho tôi viên hạt dưa trắng, tốt lắm”, hay là “tôi đang uống
thuốc nước mầu hồng”, thì chả ai biết là thuốc gì.</span></p>

Theo lời chỉ dẫn của bác sĩ dược sĩ, đọc kỹ nhãn thuốc với cách dùng, giờ
uống, uống lúc nào, bụng đói hay no, mấy lần một ngày. Chẳng hạn thuốc uống
bốn lần trong một ngày, có thể là uống vào những bữa ăn và trước khi đi ngủ;
hoặc cũng có thể là uống mỗi 6 giờ đồng hồ, kể cả thức dậy ban đêm để uống.</span></p>

thuốc nước, ta cần lắc chai cho thuốc hòa đều với nhau trước khi uống.

tự ý tăng hay giảm phân lượng, vì ít quá, không có công hiệu, nhiều quá sẽ

cho hết thời hạn bác sĩ dặn, chứ không phải thấy giảm bệnh là ngưng thuốc.

uống thuốc trong bóng tối, có thể nhầm loại thuốc.</span></p>

Cho bác sĩ hay tác dụng phụ hay phản ứng của thuốc mình đã có.</span></p>

Giữ thuốc nơi an toàn, xa tầm tay trẻ con, trong chai, lọ từ nhà thuốc tây,
để tránh nhầm thuốc. Vứt bỏ thuốc quá hạn.</span></p>

Ráng nhớ tên thuốc cũng như công dụng của thuốc.</span></p>

có thể, nên mua thuốc ở một tiệm, như vậy dược sĩ sẽ có tất cả hồ sơ thuốc
của mình, có thể theo dõi, giải thích tác dụng các loại thuốc khác nhau cho
mình. Người dược sĩ không chỉ đóng vai trò cung cấp thuốc như trước đây. Họ
có nhiệm vụ liên lạc với bác sĩ để tham khảo, lựa thuốc thích hợp cho bệnh
nhân, hướng dẫn cách dùng thuốc, tác dụng tốt xấu của thuốc, theo dõi xem
bệnh nhân có uống thuốc đều đặn không, phân lượng cho có gì bất thường hay
