Lại một dụ ngôn khác về Nước Trời được
trình bày cho chúng ta với chủ đề sâu xa tương tự như các Chúa nhật
trước. Thiên Chúa luôn đi bước trước, “<em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">Chúa
dọn ra cho con mâm cỗ</em> ” (Tv 22) “<em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">đầy
thịt rượu, thịt thì béo, rượu thì ngon</em>” (Is 25, 6) ; “ <em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">Đầu
con thì Chúa xức dầu thơm, chén rượu con đầy tràn chan chứa </em>” (x.
Tv 22) “<em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">theo sự phú
túc vinh sang của Người trong Đức Giêsu Kitô</em>” (Pl 4, 12). Nước Trời
luôn rộng mở cho hết thảy mọi người, bất luận tốt xấu, miễn là phải có y
phục xứng hợp : “<em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">Vậy
các ngươi hãy ra các ngả đường, gặp bất cứ ai, thì mời vào dự tiệc cưới</em> ”
(Mt 22, 9).</p>

Qua dòng thời gian, Thiên Chúa đã mời gọi
dân Ngài đi vào trong giao ước, chia sẻ tình yêu với Ngài. Nhưng tiếc
thay, con người luôn đáp lại một cách khác, <em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">ngược
đãi, xua đuổi các tiên tri</em>. Giao ước không được đáp trả. Nhưng
Thiên Chúa vẫn một mực trung thành, tiếp tục mở tiệc mời con người tới
dự tiệc giao ước mới và đó chính là niềm vui cho mỗi người chúng ta.</p>

Những người đầu tiên được đức vua mời đến
dự tiệc cưới, nhưng viện cớ lấy lý do “<em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">như
đi thăm trại…đi buôn bán</em>” để từ chối (Mt 22, 5-6). Vì họ từ chối,
nên những người khác được mời vào chia sẻ niềm vui với gia đình hai bên
và đôi bạn trẻ.</p>

Khác với những người được mời trước, những
người được mời sau chẳng có công gì cũng được mời dự tiệc cưới. Họ chỉ
có cơ may là được các người đầy tớ gặp ở ngã ba đường. Họ thuộc đủ mọi
thành phần, bình thường không ai để ý tới.</p>

Chúng ta tự hỏi : Liệu họ có hy vọng, có
trông đợi mình được mời dự tiệc cưới kia không ? Isaia trả lời. Mọi
người đều sống niềm hy vọng vì trong con người có một sự chờ đợi vô
song. “<em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">Này đây Chúa
chúng ta…nơi Người, chúng ta đã tin tưởng…vì ơn Người cứu độ</em>” (Is
25). Họ hy vọng và chờ đợi chứ.</p>

Hy vọng vào lời mời gọi phổ quát này, giả
thiết không có một điều kiện tiên quyết nào, cũng không phải là lời mời
của những người có lên hệ với nhà vua : “<em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">Chúa
dọn ra cho con mâm cỗ…</em>”, cho hết mọi người (Tv 22). Thật khó có thể
tưởng tượng, hoặc tin rằng Thiên Chúa ban ơn ơn cứu độ nhưng không cho
hết mọi người. Đây chính là Tin Mừng Thiên Chúa kêu gọi chúng ta.</p>

mời</strong></p>

“<em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">Tiệc
cưới Con Chiên</em>” được sách Khải Huyền mô tả (19, 7, 9) hàm chứa một
ý nghĩa sâu xa : “<em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">Phúc
cho những ai được mời dự tiệc cưới của Chiên Con!</em> ” Thật hạnh phúc
cho chúng ta, phúc này vượt quá những gì chúng ta có thể nếm hưởng trên
trần gian, đây là yến tiệc Chúa Giêsu ban cho chúng ta.</p>

Sau Chiên Thiên Chúa linh mục mời gọi : “<em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">Đây
Chiên Thiên Chúa</em>…<em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">phúc
cho ai được mời đến dự tiệc Chiên Thiên Chúa</em>” (Thánh lễ). Lời này
gửi đến tất cả những ai sẽ tham dự vào tiệc cưới Con Chiên. Mỗi Thánh lễ
là một lời loan báo và tham dự trước vào yến tiệc Nước Trời, tiệc của
Hoàng Tử, Con yếu dấu của Chúa Cha, tiệc của Đức Kitô kết ước với nhân
loại. Thánh Têrêsa Avila nói : “<em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">Lạy
Chúa vị Hôn Thê của con, giờ đã đến, giờ con hằng mong đợi, giờ chúng ta
gặp nhau. Ôi lạy Thiên Chúa là tình yêu duy nhất của con! Này là giờ
con ao ước từ lâu, tâm hồn con vui sướng khi được kết hợp với Chúa!</em> ”
Chúng ta không thể gần Chúa mà không mặc lấy tâm tình của Chúa.</p>

phục lễ cưới</strong></p>

Có một điều khiến người đọc không khỏi
thắc mắc và tìm lời giải đáp cho người được mời không mặc y phục lễ
cưới, họ vào và bị đức vua ra lệnh: “<em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">Trói
tay chân nó lại, ném nó vào nơi tối tăm, ở đó sẽ phải khóc lóc và nghiến
răng!</em> ” (Mt 22, 13). Họ đang ở ngã ba đường, đầy tớ đức vua tình cờ
gặp họ, mời họ vào bất luận họ là ai, sao lại đòi họ phải có y phục lễ
cưới ?</p>

Áo cưới mà Tin Mừng nói tới ở đây là áo
nào ? Có phải các bí tích không ? Hay là Phép Rửa tội ? Vì không chịu
phép Rửa tội, không ai có thể đạt tới Thiên Chúa được, nhưng có một số
người lãnh nhận phép Rửa tội, không đến cùng Thiên Chúa… Có thể là bàn
thờ hay điều người ta lãnh nhận từ bàn thờ không ? “<em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">Vì
kẻ ăn và uống, mà không phân biệt được Thân mình, tức là ăn và uống án
phạt cho mình</em>” (1Cr 11, 29). Vậy thì là cái gì ? Ăn chay ư ? Những
kẻ gian ác cũng làm thế. Đi nhà thờ ư? Những kẻ gian ác cũng đi nhà thờ
như bao người khác … Vậy áo cưới này là áo nào?</p>

Ở đây, người vào dự tiệc cưới không thụ
động, chấp nhận vào thì phải tìm cách thể hiện mình xứng đáng, và đó là
áo cưới. Ơn cứu độ là phổ quát, đồng ý để được cứu độ là chấp nhận sống
theo những đòi hỏi của Nước Trời, áo cưới vừa thể hiện sự đồng ý, vừa
chứng tỏ trách nhiệm của chúng ta.</p>

Đời sống luân lý không phải là điều kiện
duy nhất để được cứu độ, Maria Mađalêna, Giakêu và nhiều người khác được
mời, họ đã hoán cải để trở nên xứng đáng với Chúa hơn. Áo cưới là những
điều tốt, người dự tiệc phải có. Thánh Phaolô nói : “<em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">Ðiều
lời truyền dạy phải nhằm đưa tới đức mến, phát tự tấm lòng trong sạch,
lương tâm thiện hảo, và đức tin không giả hình</em>” (1Tm 1, 5). Đây là
y phục lễ cưới.</p>

Người được mời đến dự tiệc cưới không đơn
giản chỉ ăn, nhưng chia sẻ niềm vui với họ hàng hai bên, mừng hạnh phúc
cho đôi bạn trẻ, nên phải có y phục xứng đáng.</p>

Chúng ta là những tội nhân được Thiên Chúa
mời dự tiệc Nước Trời. Chắc chắn ai cũng muốn mặc chiếc áo cưới tinh
tuyền, không vương tội lỗi. Giáo hội Chúa không phải là một xã hội hoàn
hảo, gồm có tội nhân, nhưng ý thức được tội lỗi của mình và mong muốn
được tha thứ. Áo cưới được hiểu là biểu tượng của sự hoán cải. Sách Khải
Huyền nói đến sự thánh và việc lành là chiếc áo bao phủ chúng ta (Kh
19,8). Thánh Giêrônimô thì nói : “Áo cưới, là những thánh chỉ của Chúa,
và việc làm được thực hiện theo luật của Tin Mừng là chiếc áo cưới
mới”. Chúng ta không thể tham dự vào tiệc cưới con chiến mà không tìm
kiếm mặc lấy lòng trắc ẩn, lòng tốt, khiêm nhường trong lòng, từ bi. Áo
cưới chính là “Đức Kitô Vị Hôn Phu” thánh Phaolô khuyên : “<em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">anh
em hãy mặc lấy Ðức Kitô” (Gl 3, 27), chấp nhận hoán cải, thanh tẩy chính
mình “để sao cho xứng với Chúa, mà làm đẹp lòng Ngài trong mọi sự </em>”
(Cl 3, 10). Giờ đây hãy chúng ta hãy nghe lời Chúa : “<em style="font-style: italic; font-weight: normal">Mọi
sự đã sẵn sàng hãy đến !</em>”</p>

cho chúng con đi, vừa đồng hành với chúng con luôn mãi, để chúng con sốt
sắng thực hành những điều Chúa truyền dạy.
