Bài Tin Mừng hôm nay là một lời nguyện tự phát của Đức Giêsu.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
Đó là một lời tạ ơn, một lời ngợi khen của Con dâng lên Cha.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
Đức Giêsu gọi Thiên Chúa bằng từ Abba thân thương gần gũi,</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
nhưng Thiên Chúa ấy cũng là Đấng siêu việt ngàn trùng,</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
Đấng quyền uy tối thượng, Chúa Tể cả trời đất (c. 25).</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
Đức Giêsu ca ngợi Cha vì hành vi mặc khải của Cha cho con người.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
Cha có một kế hoạch cứu độ nhân loại qua Con của Cha là Đức Giêsu.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
Và Cha muốn vén mở kế hoạch đó cho con người biết.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
Có những người đã thành tâm đón nhận, và có những người cố ý từ chối.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
Nhưng tất cả đều không nằm ngoài chương trình của Cha (c. 26).</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
Lối nói kiểu Do thái của Đức Giêsu có thể khó hiểu đối với ta ngày nay:</p>

“Cha đã giấu các điều này trước những người khôn ngoan thông thái.”</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
Thật ra, chẳng phải Thiên Chúa ghét bỏ hay phân biệt đối xử,</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
vì Ngài muốn cho mọi người được cứu độ (1 Tm 2, 4).</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
Chẳng phải Cha ghét bỏ các người khôn ngoan và cổ võ sự ngu dốt.</p>

Ngài cũng không che giấu mầu nhiệm Nước Trời trước một ai.</p>

Nhưng quả thật ai tự hào, tự mãn với hiểu biết khôn ngoan của mình,</p>

và khép lại trước những gì vượt quá trí hiểu nông cạn của họ,</p>

người ấy sẽ không có cơ may đón nhận được mặc khải của Thiên Chúa.</p>

Một số kinh sư và người Pharisêu giỏi giang về Sách Thánh và truyền
thống,</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
đã không thể đón nhận được cái hoàn toàn mới mẻ nơi giáo lý Đức Kitô,</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
vì họ quá bám víu vào cái biết cũ mà họ coi là tuyệt đối.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
Nhưng các người bé mọn, ít tri thức và sách vở, lại dễ dàng đón nhận
hơn.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
Họ hồn nhiên mở ra trước mặc khải của Thiên Chúa qua Đức Giêsu.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
Chính vì thế họ biết được những điều sức người không thể nào đạt tới.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
Câu cuối (c. 27) là một mặc khải lớn của Đức Giêsu trong tư cách là Con.</p>

Ngài cho thấy giữa Cha và Con có sự hiểu biết nhau cách độc nhất vô nhị.</p>

“Không ai biết rõ Con trừ ra Cha và không ai biết rõ Cha trừ ra Con…”</p>

Sự hiểu biết nhau thân tình và sâu xa này</p>

như thể tạo ra một thế giới riêng giữa Cha và Con.</p>

Muốn biết Cha phải nhờ Con, Đấng duy nhất có đủ thẩm quyền mặc khải.</p>

Hơn nữa, muốn biết Con cũng phải nhờ Cha mặc khải.</p>

Phêrô phải nhờ Cha mới biết được Đức Giêsu là ai (Mt 16, 17).</p>

Nói chung Cha và Con làm nên một thế giới riêng tư, nồng ấm.</p>

Nhưng thế giới ấy lại không khép kín, mà mở ra để mời con người vào .</p>

Cha và Con đều muốn mặc khải thế giới ấy cho con người.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
Cha đưa ta gặp Con, Con đưa ta gặp Cha.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 120%; text-indent: 48px; margin-bottom: .0001pt; background: white">
Chỉ cần gặp Con hay Cha là có thể bước vào thế giới đó, để gặp cả Cha và
Con.</p>

Chị Edith Stein là một phụ nữ Do thái được coi là thông thái, trí tuệ.</p>

Chị đậu tiến sĩ triết học với hạng tối danh dự tại Đức.</p>

và là người cộng tác với ông tổ của Hiện tượng luận là triết gia
Husserl.</p>

Việc tìm kiếm Chân Lý đã dẫn chị đến với đạo Công giáo.</p>

Chị đã đi tu Dòng Kín Cát Minh và đã bị giết tại trại giam của Đức quốc
xã.</p>

Năm 1998 chị Bênêđicta Thánh Giá được Đức Gioan Phaolô II phong thánh.</p>

Sự thông thái khiêm tốn đã giúp Chị gặp được Nước Trời như một kẻ bé

<i>nhờ đó con dễ nghe được tiếng Chúa nói,</i></p>

<i>để con biết cảm thông và bao dung với tha nhân.</i></p>

<i>Xin dạy con sự khiêm nhu</i></p>

<i>để con dám buông đời con cho Chúa.</i></p>

<i>Cuối cùng, xin cho con sự bình an sâu thẳm,</i></p>

<i>vui tươi đi trên con đường hẹp với Ngài,</i></p>

<i>hạnh phúc vì được cùng Ngài chịu khổ đau. Amen</i>.</p>
