Tвn Phъc-Вm-Hoб đời sống xг hội 2016, Hội đồng Giбm mục đг quyết tвm đồng hаnh
với anh chị em di dвn cбch cụ thể hơn qua việc ủy thбc cho Ủy ban Mục vụ Di dвn
nghiкn cứu tмnh hмnh vа soạn thảo “Hướng dẫn mục vụ di dвn” để “tất cả chъng ta
cу một đường lối chung trong việc phục vụ anh chị em di dвn” vа “giъp họ hội
nhập vаo đời sống của cộng đoаn giбo hội địa phương” nhằm “trở nкn những thаnh
viкn tнch cực trong việc xвy dựng Giбo Hội” (x. Thư gửi cộng đồng Dвn Chъa,
HĐGMVN, 2015, số 6).</p>

Dưới sự hướng dẫn của Đức cha Giuse Nguyễn Chн Linh, UBMVDD đг bắt đầu triển

hмnh vа nghiкn cứu hiện trang di dвn cũng như liкn kết với một số linh mục, tu
sĩ, chuyкn viкn trong vа ngoаi nước để soạn thảo tаi liệu “Hướng dẫn mục vụ di
dвn”. Mong rằng nỗ lực của UBMVDD trong sứ mạng được ủy thбc sẽ trở thаnh dấu
chỉ hữu hмnh của Lтng Chъa thương xуt dаnh cho anh chị em di dвn Việt Nam ở
trong vа ngoаi nước, cũng như cho anh chị em ngoại kiều đang sinh sống trкn đất
