Câu chuyện của bài Tin Mừng hôm nay diễn ra bên bờ hồ, một cái hồ mang
nhiều tên gọi: hồ Galilê, hồ Hennêxarét, hồ Tibêriát.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 48px">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Cái hồ quen thuộc đầy ắp kỷ niệm giữa Thầy và trò. Nơi đây tiếng gọi đầu
tiên của Thầy Giêsu đã vang lên:</span></p>

<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Hãy theo Thầy. Tiếng ấy đã khiến họ từ bỏ nghề sông nước để lên bờ, đi
theo ông thợ mộc làng Nazareth.</span></p>

Bao lần Thầy trò đi qua cái hồ rộng như biển này. Sóng gió họ cũng đã
gặp, vui buồn họ cũng đã từng.</span></p>

<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Sáng sớm hôm nay, trên hồ này họ đánh được mẻ cá lớn, nhờ một người lạ
đứng trên bờ mà họ từ từ nhận ra là Thầy của mình.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 48px">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Bữa ăn sáng do Thầy chuẩn bị thật chu đáo. Có bánh và cá, có cả đống
than hồng hong ấm tình Thầy trò.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 48px">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Ngọn lửa này gợi nhớ đến đống than hồng ở dinh Thượng tế, nơi Phêrô đã
đứng sưởi và đã chối Thầy. (Ga 18, 18. 25)</span></p>

Bây giờ, cũng bên đống than hồng, Thầy Giêsu cho Phêrô có cơ hội công
khai bày tỏ tình yêu của mình.</span></p>

<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
“Anh có yêu mến Thầy không?” Ba lần Thầy Giêsu hỏi Phêrô như thế. “Thưa
Thầy có, Thầy biết con yêu mến Thầy.”</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 48px">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Ba lần Phêrô trả lời như thế. Ba lần chối Thầy như được xóa đi bởi ba
lần tuyên xưng tình yêu.</span></p>

<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Nhưng bây giờ Phêrô khiêm tốn, biết tình yêu của mình mong manh, dễ vỡ.
“Hãy chăn dắt chiên của Thầy”</span></p>

<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Ba lần Thầy Giêsu đã nói như thế. Tình yêu dẫn đến sứ mạng chăn dắt đoàn
chiên mà Thầy quý chuộng.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 48px">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Phải yêu Thầy thì mới yêu chiên của Thầy. Yêu Thầy là điều kiện để được
Thầy trao sứ mạng mục tử.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 48px">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Làm mục tử là tiếp nối công việc của Thầy Giêsu, Mục tử nhân hậu,</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 48px">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
nên cũng phải sẵn sàng chấp nhận cái chết như Thầy, (cc. 18-19) chết cho
đoàn chiên, chết để tôn vinh Thiên Chúa. (c. 19)</span></p>

mời năm xưa cũng là lời mời được lặp lại bây giờ.</span></p>

những vấp ngã, yếu đuối và chối Thầy.</span></p>

khi những giấc mơ trần tục bị tan vỡ bởi biến cố Núi Sọ.</span></p>

giang tay ra và đến nơi mình không muốn đến.</span></p>

“Hãy theo Thầy!”</span></i></b><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif"> để
củng cố anh em và chăn dắt chiên của Thầy. (Lc 22, 31-32)</span></p>

Hôm nay Chúa Giêsu Phục sinh cũng hỏi từng Kitô hữu: <b><i>“Con có mến
Thầy không?”</i></b></span></p>

<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Và Ngài chờ một câu trả lời trước khi trao sứ mạng, vì ai trong chúng ta
cũng có sứ mạng chăm sóc một nhóm người nào đó.</span></p>

<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Xin ơn yêu Giêsu bằng tình yêu thiết thân riêng tư. Xin ơn theo Ngài vì
nghe thấy lời mời gọi vang lên mỗi ngày: “Hãy theo Thầy.”</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 48px">
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Và xin ơn dám sống hết mình cho những người được Chúa trao phó.</span></p>

Cầu nguyện:</span></b></p>

Lạy Chúa Giêsu, xưa Chúa đã sai các môn đệ ra khơi thả lưới, nay Chúa
cũng sai chúng con đi vào cuộc đời.</span></i></p>

<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Chúng con phải đối diện với bao thách đố của cuộc sống, của công ăn việc
làm, của gánh nặng gia đình, của nghề nghiệp chuyên môn.</span></i></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 48px"><i>
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Xin đừng để chúng con sa vào cạm bẫy của vật chất và quyền lực, nhưng
cho chúng con giữ nguyên lý tưởng thuở ban đầu, lý tưởng phục vụ quê
hương và Hội Thánh.</span></i></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 48px"><i>
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Lạy Chúa Giêsu, xin dạy chúng con sống thực tế, nhưng không thực dụng;
biết xoay xở nhưng không mưu mô; lo cho tương lai cá nhân, nhưng không
quên bao người bất hạnh cần nâng đỡ.</span></i></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 48px"><i>
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Giữa cơn lốc của trách nhiệm và công việc, giữa những xâu xé trước bao
lựa chọn,</span></i></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 48px"><i>
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
xin cho chúng con biết tìm những phút giây trầm lắng, để múc lấy ánh
sáng và sức mạnh, để mình được thật là mình trước mặt Chúa.</span></i></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 48px"><i>
<span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">
Nhờ lời Đức Trinh Nữ Maria chuyển cầu, xin cho chúng con thật sự trở nên
chứng nhân, làm tất cả để Thiên Chúa được tôn vinh, và phẩm giá con
người được tôn trọng. Amen</span></i><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">.</span></p>
