Giêrusalem! Vì sự sáng của ngươi đã tới, vì vinh quang của Chúa đã bừng
dậy trên mình ngươi. Kìa tối tăm đang bao bọc địa cầu, vì u minh phủ kín
các dân, nhưng trên mình ngươi Chúa đang đứng dậy, vì vinh quang của
Ngài xuất hiện trên mình ngươi” (Is 60,1-2). </span></p>

<span style="font-weight: normal">Thưa các bạn quý mến,</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 48px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 12px">
<span style="font-weight: normal">Toàn thế giới Kitô giáo đang hân hoan
mừng kỷ niệm biến cố Thiên Chúa đã ban Con Một Ngài giáng trần, sinh
bởi Đức Nữ Đồng Trinh Maria, để yêu thương và cứu vớt nhân loại khốn
cùng do tội lỗi. Được ơn soi sáng thúc đẩy, các nhà đạo sĩ phương Đông
đã tìm đến Bê lem để thờ lạy Chúa Hài Nhi mới sinh. Từ nơi xa xôi, các
ngài đã được gọi đến nhận biết và thờ lạy Đức Vua cai trị trời đất. Thử
nghĩ</span> <span style="font-weight: normal">những tâm tình nào thúc
đẩy các ngài tìm đến Đức Giêsu ? </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 48px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 12px">
<i><span style="font-weight: normal">1. Với ý thức sự khốn cùng của mình</span></i></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 48px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 12px">
<span style="font-weight: normal"> “Lạy Thiên Chúa, Ngài là Chúa con
thờ, ngay từ rạng đông con tìm kiếm Chúa. Linh hồn con khao khát Ngài,
tấm thân này mòn mỏi đợi trông, như mảnh đất hoang khô cằn không giọt
nước” (Tv 63,1-2). Xin được coi những lời trên của vua Đavid cũng là tâm
tình của các nhà đạo sĩ. </span>
<span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">Ai đã từng cảm nghiệm thân
phận mình cũng là một </span><span style="font-weight: normal">“mảnh đất
hoang khô cằn không giọt nước”</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">,
hẳn cũng đồng </span><span style="font-weight: normal">lòng khao khát
Chúa như vậy.</span><span style="font-weight:normal"> </span>
<span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 48px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 12px">
<span style="font-weight: normal">Không là một “mảnh đất hoang khô cằn”
sao được, khi chúng ta ý thức mình</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">
xuất từ hư vô, đầy bất lực, nghèo nàn và tội lỗi. Thật vậy, Thiên Chúa
tạo dựng con người từ hư vô, </span><span style="font-weight: normal">N</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">gười
phán một lời thì bởi không liền có mọi sự. Một trăm năm trước, tôi còn
trong hư v</span><span style="font-weight: normal">ô</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">,
và một trăm năm sau </span><span style="font-weight: normal">chẳng ai
thấy </span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">tôi trên đời này.
Sự hiện hữu của tôi trong quãng thời gian đó chỉ như một đóa phù dung,
</span><span style="font-weight: normal">như </span>
<span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">một cơn gió thoảng trong vũ
trụ bao la. </span><span style="font-weight: normal">S</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">au
khi tạo dựng, nếu Chúa không ban ơn gìn giữ, lập tức hữu thể tôi sẽ trở
về hư vô, hệt như một cái ly thủy tinh vừa xuất xưởng, nếu chủ nhân đang
cầm trong tay mà buông ra, nó sẽ rơi xuống</span><span style="font-weight: normal">
đất</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal"> vỡ tan tành</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight: normal">
</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">! Tạo dựng và bảo tồn
đã vậy, nếu như Chúa không kích hoạt bằng </span>
<span style="font-weight: normal">ơn ban</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">
của Người, tôi cũng chẳng làm được gì ! C</span><span style="font-weight: normal">hẳng
phải c</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">ây đàn sẽ mãi
mãi u buồn nằm im dưới lớp bụi thời gian, nếu như người nghệ sĩ không
lướt nhẹ ngón tay trên phím đàn. Thật đúng như lời Chúa Giêsu nói</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight: normal">
</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">: “Không có Thầy, các
con không thể làm gì được</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight: normal">
</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">!” (Ga 15,5). Không
làm được gì trên lãnh vực tự nhiên nếu không có ơn Chúa đã vậy, mà còn
không làm được gì trên lãnh vực siêu nhiên nữa. Không có Chúa, tôi không
thể làm được một việc lành, dù nhỏ bé, và </span>
<span style="font-weight: normal">điều mà </span>
<span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">tôi làm được cách dễ dàng,
nếu không có Chúa, chỉ</span><span style="font-weight: normal"> có thể</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">
là tội lỗi. </span><span style="font-weight: normal"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 48px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 12px">
<span style="font-weight: normal">Hiểu thế, các nhà đạo sĩ cũng như</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">
chúng ta chẳng khác nào một sa mạc đang khát Chúa, </span>
<span style="font-weight: normal">như</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">
một vực sâu đang kêu gào được lấp đầy, một khối đá cần thành toàn, một
giấc mơ chưa tròn. Đó là khát khao được chính Chúa </span>
<span style="font-weight: normal">làm</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">
gia nghiệp đời đời, </span><span style="font-weight: normal"> vì Ngài là
</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">viên ngọc quý, </span>
<span style="font-weight: normal">là</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">
kho tàng dấu kín trong đám ruộng, </span>
<span style="font-weight: normal">là</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">
tân lang mà tân nương mỏi mong hiện diện, dâng trao và kết hợp. </span>
</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 48px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 12px">
<i><span style="font-weight: normal">2. Với tâm hồn ly thoát </span></i>
</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 48px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 12px">
<span lang="VI" style="font-weight:
normal">Tất nhiên, để </span><span style="font-weight: normal">thỏa mãn cơn</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">
khát thần linh này, </span><span style="font-weight: normal">Ba nhà quý
tộc phương Đông đã </span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">
phải từ bỏ</span><span style="font-weight: normal"> sự êm ấm trên ngai
vàng, làm cuộc hành trình vạn dặm đầy gian khổ, đến Bê lem chiêm ngưỡng
Đấng Cứu Tinh muôn dân trông đợi</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">.
Nếu không thì sao có thể</span><span style="font-weight: normal"> thấy
Đức Giêsu là Hoàng Tử Bình An, Người Cha Muôn Thuở, Ông Vua Thái Bình
</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">? Nhớ lại trường hợp
các tông đồ đã bỏ mọi sự mà theo Chúa</span><span style="font-weight: normal">
Giêsu :</span><span style="font-weight:normal"> <span lang="VI">người bỏ
mảnh lưới, con thuyền, biển cả thênh thang</span></span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight: normal">
</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">; người bỏ nghề thu
thuế béo bở</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight: normal"> </span>
<span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">; người từ bỏ cha mẹ, vợ con,
gia đình êm ấm ; người bỏ danh vọng, chức quyền, địa vị,…</span><span style="font-weight: normal">
Đặt trên môi miệng các ngài</span><span style="font-weight:normal">
</span><span style="font-weight: normal">lời</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">
thánh Phaolô</span><span style="font-weight: normal"> thật không ngoa
</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">: “Tôi coi tất cả là
phân bớn, trước mối lợi tuyệt vời là được biết Chúa Kitô” (Pl 3,8.9).
</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 48px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 12px">
<span lang="VI" style="font-weight:
normal">Chúa</span><span style="font-weight: normal"> cũng</span><span style="font-weight:normal">
</span><span style="font-weight: normal">mời gọi</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">
chúng ta cũng thể hiện tinh thần ly thoát đó. Sống giữa thế gian mà
không thuộc về thế gian. Gần bùn mà chẳng hôi tanh mùi bùn. Bước đi bằng
đôi chân chạm đất, nhưng đôi mắt vẫn hướng nhìn về trời cao. Không quá
lo lắng </span><span style="font-weight: normal">về của ăn, áo mặc</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">,
học thức, sức khỏe, tài năng… vì Chúa </span>
<span style="font-weight: normal">sẽ quan phòng</span><span style="font-weight:normal">
</span><span style="font-weight: normal">cho những ai trước tiên tìm
kiếm Nước Chúa và sự công chính Ngài</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">.</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight: normal">
</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 48px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 12px">
<i><span style="font-weight: normal">3.</span><span style="font-weight:normal">
</span><span style="font-weight: normal">Với tinh thần chứng nhân</span></i></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 48px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 12px">
<span style="font-weight: normal">Đến với Hài Nhi Giêsu Vua các vua, ba
vua đã cung kính thờ lạy và tiến dâng vàng, nhũ hương, mộc dược. Vàng
tượng trưng cho tình yêu ; nhủ hương tượng trưng cho lời cầu nguyện ;
mộc dược tượng trưng cho hy sinh đau khổ. Rồi khi trở về xứ sở mình, Ba
Vua đã hân hoan giới thiệu Đấng Cứu Thế cho quê hương dân tộc mình. Cũng
như các mục đồng, các ngài đã làm những chứng nhân cho Chúa Kitô trong
môi trường và địa vị của các ngài. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 48px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 12px">
<span lang="VI" style="font-weight:
normal">Chúa Giêsu vẫn tín nhiệm chúng ta,</span><span style="font-weight: normal">
kêu gọi chúng ta giới thiệu Người,</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">
bất chấp chúng ta thế nào.</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight: normal">
</span><span style="font-weight: normal">Để sống chứng nhân, người môn
đệ Chúa Kitô phải bùng sáng tình yêu trong cuộc sống mình, phải kín múc
nội lực cho hồn tông đồ bằng cầu nguyện, và dấn thân</span><span style="font-weight:
normal"> <span lang="VI">phục vụ ch</span></span><span style="font-weight: normal">o
mầu nhiệm tình thương một</span><span lang="VI" style="font-weight:normal">
cách quảng đại đầy hy sinh. Một ao nước không chảy đi đâu cả thì chỉ là
một ao nước tù đọng hôi thối chết chóc. Một bàn tay cứ nắm chặt thì
chẳng thể nhận được gì. Một con tim cứ khép kín thì không ai có thể bước
vào mà cộng thông. “Không có tình yêu nào lớn hơn tình yêu của người
hiến trao mạng sống mình vì bạn hữu” (Ga 15,13). </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 48px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 12px">

được định nghĩa là một cuộc tìm kiếm, gặp gỡ, yêu mến và phụng sự Chúa.
Lễ Hiển Linh với hình ảnh ba nhà đạo sĩ tìm gặp Chúa Kitô và hân hoan
loan báo về Người đã trở nên gương mẫu khích lệ chúng ta trong đời Kitô
hữu. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 48px; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 12px">

xin cho chúng ta được trở thành tia sáng trong ánh sáng </span>
