Chúa tuyển chọn". Đây là một vinh dự, đồng thời là một trách nhiệm. Nếu
như chúng ta cảm thấy mình chưa xứng đáng với vinh dự này và chưa chu
toàn trách nhiệm này, thì hãy đến với Chúa trong Thánh lễ. Ngài sẵn sàng
thanh luyện chúng ta và thêm sức giúp chúng ta.</span></p>

của Thiên Chúa". Vì thế tín hữu hãy "để Thiên Chúa dùng như những viên
đá sống động xây nên ngôi đền thờ của Thánh Thần… dâng những của lễ

vụ) cho thấy trong cộng đoàn Giáo Hội vẫn có bất công, sinh ra tranh
chấp và kêu ca. Thành thử "ngôi đền thờ của Thánh Thần" cũng khó mà xây
dựng, những "viên đá sống động" khó mà ăn khớp với nhau, và "những của
lễ thiêng liêng" khó mà đẹp lòng Thiên Chúa.</span></p>

Ngài nhìn mọi sự từ trên cao. Từ cao nhìn xuống, cái nhìn của Ngài bao
quát hơn và thấy trọn vẹn hơn : Ngài không chỉ thấy hiện tại đang bế tắc
mà còn thấy tương lai xán lạn. Nhờ cái nhìn ấy nên mặc dù trong Vườn Cây
Dầu Ngài thấy hình như đang đứng trước ngõ bí nhưng Ngài vẫn tiến bước
nên cuối cùng đã đến ánh sáng phục sinh.</span></p>

Hội rất là nhiều, nhưng số Giám mục và Linh mục lại quá thiếu. Nhìn
trong phạm vi một giáo xứ cũng thế : giáo dân thì đông nhưng những người
lo việc thì ít. Chỉ có Cha Xứ, vài tu sĩ và một ít thành viên Hội đồng
giáo xứ. Khủng hoảng.</span></p>

đã có ngay từ hồi Giáo Hội sơ khai. Và Giáo Hội sơ khai đã giải quyết
một cách khéo léo bằng cách chia sẻ trách nhiệm : các tông đồ chuyên lo
rao giảng Lời Chúa, các phó tế lo cho đời sống. Có lẽ từ kinh nghiệm này
mà Thánh Phêrô đã đề ra nguyên tắc mọi người tham gia vào việc chung của
Giáo Hội : "Anh em hãy để Thiên Chúa dùng anh em như những viên đá sống
động xây nên ngôi đền thờ Thánh Thần". Mỗi người đều là một viên đá.
Người thì xây nền, người thì xây tường, người khác xây cổng v.v.</span></p>

viên của cộng đoàn thiết tha với sức sống của cộng đoàn thì sẽ biết cách
thu xếp để chu toàn mọi công việc theo hướng cùng nhau chia sẻ trách
nhiệm. Và được như thế thì chắc chắn "số các môn đệ sẽ ngày càng thêm
