dân Do Thái mới sinh, hiện ở đâu? Chúng tôi đã thấy vì sao của Người xuất

tin ấy, vua Hêrôđê bối rối, và cả thành Giêrusalem cũng xôn xao. <sup>(4)</sup> Nhà
vua liền triệu tập tất cả các thượng tế, các kinh sư trong dân lại, và hỏi

rằng: "Xin quý ngài đi dò hỏi tường tận về Hài Nhi, và khi đã tìm thấy, xin
báo lại cho tôi, để tôi cũng đến bái lạy Người." <sup>(9)</sup> Nghe nhà vua
nói thế, họ ra đi. Bấy giờ ngôi sao họ đã thấy ở phương Ðông, lại dẫn đường
cho họ đến tận nơi Hài Nhi ở, mới dừng lại.<sup>(10)</sup> Trông thấy ngôi
sao, họ mừng rỡ vô cùng. <sup>(11)</sup> Họ vào nhà, thấy Hài Nhi với thân
mẫu là bà Maria, liền sấp mình bái lạy Người, rồi mở bảo tráp, lấy vàng, nhũ
hương và mộc dược mà dâng tiến. <sup>(12)</sup> Sau đó, họ được báo mộng là
đừng trở lại gặp vua Hêrôđê nữa, nên đã đi lối khác mà về xứ mình.</span></font></p>

Phải chăng học thấy được một Thiên Chúa vinh quang như ngôi sao loan
báo. Không! Họ đã phải ngỡ ngàng! Họ tưởng họ sẽ thấy một Thiên Chúa hoá
thân làm người trong vinh quang thần thánh nhưng chỉ gặp một hài nhi
nghèo khó. </span></font></p>

tưởng họ sẽ gặp được một vị Ấu nhi nắm trên giường vàng nệm ấm chăn êm,
nhưng chỉ thấy một Hài Nhi được đặt nằm trong máng cỏ trong một hang bò
lừa cô tịch giá lạnh giữa mùa đông. </span></font></p>

tưởng họ sẽ sẽ gặp được ông hoàng bà chúa bên cạnh Đức Vua mới sinh
nhưng chỉ thấy hai ông bà nhà quê nghèo khó. </span></font></p>

Nhưng họ được Thánh Thần soi sáng nên họ đã nhận ra đó chính là Con
Thiên Chúa làm người và họ đã quỳ xuống sụp lạy rồi mở bảo tráp ra dâng
cho Ngài những lễ vật, những lễ vật này chỉ dành để dâng tiến cho các
bậc quân vương!</span></font></p>

Như vậy chúng ta có thể nói: <b><i>

chúng ta có thể không sợ mà nói rằng: Sau khi ở Bêlem về, các nhà chiêm
tinh đã có một cuộc đời mới. Đời họ đã chuyển sang một hướng khác. Cuộc
gặp gỡ với Hài nhi ở Bêlem đã đánh dấu một khúc quặt vừa bất ngờ vừa
triệt để.</span></font></p>

Nếu không có cuộc đổi đời kèm theo cuộc gặp gỡ với Thiên Chúa thì tin
chỉ là một thái độ tài tử, một chuyện huyền hoặc, chứ không phải là một
niềm xác tín đưa tới phó thác và dấn thân.</span></font></p>

Đây là tâm sự của một người sáng mắt sau khi đi thăm một ngôi trường
khiếm thị duy nhất của thành phố: Khi đến nới tôi chạnh lòng nhìn thấy
cảnh một số em quơ quạng với chiếc gậy trên tay, có em lại bám vào vai
bạn và cả hai cùng lần bước. Đến khi vào lớp, các em lại cần mẫn dùng
những ngón tay nhỏ bé gầy guộc để đọc từng giòng chữ Braille trên trang
giấy nổi. </span></font></p>

Bất chợt, ánh mắt tôi dừng lại ở một em bé có đeo một mẫu ảnh thánh giá
nho nhỏ trên ngực áo. Tiến lại gần, tôi làm quen với em và được biết. Em

Giáng Sinh tại Belem thì có Ba Vua từ phương Đông tìm đến để thờ lạy.
Nhưng ngày nay với những phương tiện nghiên cứu tốt hơn và sâu xa hơn
người ta thấy đây không phải là các vua chúa trần gian như người ta vẫn
hiểu mà thực ra đó là các nhà chiêm tinh chuyên nghiên cứu về những vấn
đề tâm linh của con người. Các ngài là những nhà thông thái, có tâm hồn
tìm kiếm những điều mới lạ. Các ngài thấy trên bầu trời có một ngôi sao
lạ xuất hiện. Ngôi sao lạ xuất hiện trên bầu trời. Chẳng thiếu gì người
đã nhìn thấy ngôi sao lạ nhưng chắng mấy ai để ý. Duy chỉ có mấy nhà
chiêm tinh khi nhìn thấy và các ngài đã tự hỏi: Phải chăng đây là tín
hiệu loan báo cho mọi người biết về một vị Cứu thế của loài người sinh
ra và các ngài đã bắt đầu cuộc tìm kiếm. </span></font></p>

Nói đến đây cha thấy việc Thiên Chúa làm quả thực thật lạ lùng. Để loan
báo cho loài người biết việc Chúa Giêsu Ngôi Hai Thiên Chúa sinh ra làm
người, Thiên Chúa đã không dùng một biến có kinh thiên động địa nào mà
chỉ nhẹ nhàng dùng một tạo vật rất nhỏ bé trên bầu trời để làm việc này.
Và đây là cách thức Chúa vẫn thường dùng trong lịch sử ơn cứu độ. </span>
