Các con vật khác tuy biết điều này, nhưng không con nào dám nói

không chịu thua, con đầu đàn lên tiếng cãi lại : "Bộ ông nghĩ ông
đẹp lắm sao ? Ông thử soi mặt mình trên mặt nước thì biết". Tê giác
nghĩ bụng : "Soi thì soi. Ai mà không biết ta có khuôn mặt đẹp nhất</span><span style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif">

Nhưng khi nhìn xuống mặt nước, tê giác nhà ta giật mình khi nhìn thấy
một chiếc sừng quái dị đang nằm chình ình ngay trên mũi mình. Khi
biết mình còn xấu hơn nhiều con vật có sừng khác, tê giác cảm thấy
xấu hổ. Từ đó, mỗi khi di chuyển, nó luôn cúi gằm mặt xuống đất và
luôn tìm ẩn nấp trong các lùm cây, không muốn chường mặt ra cho
các con vật khác xem thấy. Nhưng do không thể trốn mãi được vì
ngày nào cũng phải ra dòng suối uống nước và phải đi kiếm
thức ăn. Cuối cùng nó đành chấp nhận sự thật về </span>

suy nghĩ của mình là chân lý, và đánh giá người khác theo tầm nhìn
