<span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px">Nghèo khó, đói khát là những thứ tai
hoạ mà người đời tìm cách khắc phục, tiêu diệt cho đến cùng. Nhân loại hôm
nay đang cùng nhau nổ lực xoá đói giảm nghèo. Vậy mà sao Chúa Giêsu lại nói:
Phúc cho anh em là những người nghèo khó, phúc cho anh em là những kẻ bây
giờ phải đói? Không lẽ Chúa Giêsu lại chủ trương một đời sống nghèo nàn, đói
khát và lạc hậu sao?</span></p>

<span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px">Tất nhiên là không. Chúa Giêsu muốn
cho mọi người được hạnh phúc và no đủ. Trong kinh lạy Cha, Chúa Giêsu dạy
chúng ta hãy xin Chúa Cha ban cho lương thực hằng ngày và chính Chúa Giêsu
cũng đã làm phép lạ hoá bánh ra nhiều và dư dật cho những người đi theo Chúa
vào nơi hoang vắng hôm xưa được ăn no.</span></p>

"Phúc cho anh em là những kẻ nghèo khó, phúc cho anh em là những kẻ đói
khát"?</span></p>

ta hãy đọc cho kỹ câu văn: Bấy giờ "Ðức Giêsu ngước mắt nhìn các môn đệ và
nói: "Phúc cho anh em là những kẻ nghèo khó... là những kẻ bây giờ phải
đói... bây giờ đang khóc..."</span></p>

mắt nhìn các môn đệ và nói..." Vậy thì đây là những lời Ðức Giêsu trực tiếp
nói với các môn đệ và đối tượng đầu tiên của các mối phúc nầy chính là những
môn đệ của Chúa Giêsu.</span></p>

<span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px">Trước đây, các môn đệ như Phê-rô,
An-rê, Gioan, Giacôbê là những những khá giả có ghe, có thuyền, có lưới...
ngày ngày đánh bắt được tôm cá để nuôi sống gia đình và bản thân. Nay vì
theo tiếng gọi của Chúa Giêsu, các vị từ bỏ ghe thuyền, nhà cửa, nghề
nghiệp, bỏ lại cả vợ con, ra đi với hai bàn tay trắng, lên đường phục vụ cho
Tin Mừng. Vì thế các ngài là những người trở nên nghèo thiếu vì Tin Mừng và
vì Chúa Giêsu. Thế nên các ngài sẽ được Chúa Giêsu trọng thưởng. Lòng quảng
đại của Thiên Chúa đâu có thua lòng quảng đại của con người.</span></p>

một vùng biển vốn nhiều tôm cá, các môn đệ Chúa Giêsu không biết đói khát là
gì. Thế mà từ ngày lang bạt theo Chúa Giêsu rày đây mai đó để loan báo Tin
Mừng, các ngài phải chịu cảnh bữa đói bữa no. Có lần các môn đệ khi đi qua
đồng lúa, phải bứt lúa mà ăn cho đỡ đói (Mt 12,1). Thiên Chúa là Ðấng giàu
lòng quảng đại ắt sẽ bù đắp cho họ dư đầy. "Phúc cho anh em là những kẻ bây
giờ đang phải đói, vì Thiên Chúa sẽ cho anh em được no lòng".</span></p>

Giêsu nói: Phúc cho anh em khi vì Con Người mà bị người ta oán ghét, khai
trừ, sỉ vả và bị xoá tên như đồ xấu xa. Ngày đó, anh em hãy vui mừng nhảy
múa, vì này đây phần thưởng dành cho anh em ở trên trời thật lớn lao. Bởi lẽ
các ngôn sứ cũng đã từng bị cha ông họ đối xử như thế".</span></p>

được dư đầy hồng phúc vì các ngài đã chịu nghèo đói, thua thiệt vì Chúa
Giêsu và vì Tin Mừng của Ngài. Hôm nay cũng thế, nếu chúng ta chấp nhận hy
sinh vì Chúa, chịu thiệt thòi mất mát vì Chúa, chúng ta sẽ được Chúa ban
thưởng dư đầy, bởi vì lòng quảng đại của Thiên Chúa thì triệu lần lớn lao
hơn lòng quảng đại của chúng ta. Chúng ta hiến dâng cho Chúa một, Chúa sẽ
ban thưởng gấp trăm gấp ngàn.</span></p>

lòng dám cho người tất cả những gì là của riêng tôi!"</em></span></p>

người đã dốc hết cuộc đời cho Chúa Giêsu và cho việc rao giảng Tin Mừng, đến
nỗi các ngài trở nên nghèo thiếu, trống không vì Chúa Giêsu, thế nên các
ngài sẽ được Thiên Chúa đổ đầy hồng ân. Nước Thiên Chúa thuộc về các ngài.
Hạnh phúc thiên đàng đang ở trong tầm tay.</span></p>

như gã ăn xin trên đây, nhưng biết rộng lượng cống hiến cho Chúa khả năng,
thời giờ, sức lực, trí tuệ... của chúng ta cho Thiên Chúa và cho việc loan
báo Tin Mừng như các môn đệ của Chúa Giêsu năm xưa, chúng ta cũng sẽ là
những người được Thiên Chúa ban cho dư đầy phúc lộc mai sau và đối tượng của
những lời chúc phúc của Chúa Giêsu trong Tin Mừng là hôm nay cũng chính là
