<font size="4">Chúng ta đang đứng trước một mạc khải lớn của Tin Mừng được viết ra do
thánh Luca: lòng thương của Chúa chỉ có một câu ngắn trong đó từ ‘thương

<em style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px"><font size="4">“Vừa thấy bà”</font></em></strong><font size="4">. Khi
Chúa Giêsu nhìn thì chính Thiên Chúa nhìn. Chúng ta chỉ hiểu được Tin
Mừng ngày nào mà chúng ta nhận rõ được điều này: Chúa Giêsu là cái nhìn
phàm nhân của Thiên Chúa. Qua Chúa Giêsu, Thiên Chúa nói với chúng ta
Ngài nhìn chúng ta như thế nào. Điều này không được mạc khải cho chúng
ta qua các triết gia, qua các thần học gia cũng như qua các nhà thần bí
mà là qua phản ứng của Chúa Giêsu: vào một ngày nọ, tại cổng thành Naim,
Ngài đã thấy một góa phụ đi bên quan tài của đứa con trai độc nhất.</font></span></p>

Giêsu động lòng thương”</em></strong>. Đây là lời nói có sức mạnh mạc
khải mà tất cả các nhà chú giải đều nhấn mạnh đến. Lời đó có nghĩa là:
bối rối, thương xót. Trong Tin Mừng lời này chỉ được dùng để nói Tình
Yêu Thiên Chúa đối với con người mà thôi. Chúa Giêsu<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><em style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px">“thương
xót”</em><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>đám đông, những
người bệnh tật; người cha của đứa con hoang đàng (nghĩa là Thiên Chúa)<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><em style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px">“động
lòng thương”</em><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>khi thấy
lại con trai của mình. Chúng ta có nghĩ rằng Thiên Chúa nhạo báng chúng
ta khi làm cho chúng ta nghĩ rằng Ngài động lòng thương hay không?</font></span></p>

<font size="4">Ở đây Ngài chứng tỏ điều đó: Chúa Giêsu bị động lòng do một trong những
nỗi bất hạnh lớn nhất trên trái đất chúng ta. Chính Thiên Chúa là Đấng
cảm nghiệm sự đau khổ của con người, trong khi không thể chịu đựng được
đau khổ hơn chúng ta:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><em style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px">“Bà
đừng khóc nữa”</em>. Đây là một lòng thương xót có hiệu quả. Bằng một
lời nói, với sự giản đơn của quyền năng toàn vẹn, Ngài làm cho sống lại:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><em style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px">“Hãy
trỗi dậy!”</em><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Một cử chỉ tế
nhị kết thúc việc chứng minh cho chúng ta biết Ngài là Thiên Chúa:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><em style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px">“Ngài
trao nó lại cho mẹ nó!”</em>. Ngài không trả lại con cho tôi… Ngài không
trả lại cô vợ ba mươi tuổi của tôi… Ngài không trả lại vị Linh mục trẻ
mà chúng tôi cầu nguyện cho rất nhiều.</font></span></p>

<font size="4">Đây vẫn luôn luôn là bí ẩn đó và sự hiểu lầm đó. Không phải Chúa Giêsu
đã đến và đang đến để sửa chữa đau khổ ở đây hoặc ở kia, Ngài đến để sửa
chữa tất cả. Việc cậu con trai thành Naim sống lại vừa là một cử chỉ
thương yêu mãnh liệt, vừa là dấu hiệu của một lòng thương xót vô cùng
mãnh liệt: Thiên Chúa hành động vì sự cứu độ thế giới và vì cuộc sống
vĩnh cửu của chúng ta. Chúng ta sẽ đau khổ biết bao nếu đứng trước mỗi
cái chết, chúng ta nghĩ: hết rồi, tất cả đều chấm dứt.</font></span></p>

<font size="4">Chắc chắn bà mẹ thấy con mình sống lại thì hết sức hạnh phúc. Còn đám
đông thấy điều khác, đó là<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><em style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px">“Thiên
Chúa đã viếng thăm dân Ngài”</em>. Chúng ta, những người đang đọc Tin
Mừng, chúng ta phải –thậm chí đang ở trong nỗi đau khổ lớn lao- để cho
dấu chỉ của thành Naim mở lòng của chúng ta ra cho toàn bộ thực tế mầu
nhiệm của việc Chúa đến viếng thăm.</font></span></p>

<font size="4">Lòng thương xót của Chúa Giêsu cho chúng ta biết rằng chúng ta được yêu
thương. Nhờ Ngài, Thiên Chúa làm một chuyến viếng thăm không thể tưởng
tượng được: đích thân đến thăm chúng ta, cứu chuộc và sống lại theo
những điều kiện trên trái đất này.</font></span></p>

<font size="4">Vâng, nhưng ở đây trí khôn của chúng ta chựng lại: công việc cứu chuộc
dẫn đưa Chúa Giêsu đến thập giá, công việc này để cho các bậc cha mẹ bị
tan nát cõi lòng mãi mãi, cho đến tận thế, rồi những bạo lực và ích kỷ,
làm sao hiểu được công việc cứu chuộc? Đâu là những biện pháp và cái
nhìn của Thiên Chúa? Chúng ta muốn ít ra là Ngài giải thích công việc đó
cho chúng ta.</font></span></p>

<font size="4">Chúa làm điều đó, điều mà chúng ta gọi là Mạc Khải, nghĩa là tất cả
những điều mà Thiên Chúa đã đặt dần dần trong tầm hiểu biết, và tấm lòng
của chúng ta qua Thánh Kinh: quan điểm của Ngài, công cuộc sáng tạo và
ơn cứu độ của Ngài, sự nhẫn nại và tình yêu của Ngài, Tình Yêu của Chúa!
Tình yêu này sẽ luôn luôn vượt lên, bằng chiều rộng và chiều sâu trên
điều mà chúng ta có thể hiểu được.</font></span></p>

<font size="4">Không cấm việc đặt câu hỏi với Chúa. Đây cũng là một cách để yêu mến
người Cha, tất cả các bậc cha mẹ đều biết điều này. Nhưng đây phải là
cuộc đối thoại của một con người đặt câu hỏi với Thiên Chúa trong khi
biết rằng con người sẽ nhận được những câu trả lời mà một con người có
thể nắm và chuyển tải.</font></span></p>

<font size="4">- Lạy Chúa, sau những gì đè bẹp chúng con vào lúc này, làm sao có thể
nghĩ rằng Ngài yêu thương chúng con? Ngài đã để cho xảy ra, Ngài ở xa,
Ngài im lặng.</font></span></p>

<font size="4">- Ta không ở xa đâu. Ta đã đến tận thành Naim. Ta không im lặng đâu. Khi

trỗi dậy!”</em><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Ở Naim, thì
đó là Ta nói với tất cả những người bị đè bẹp, với tất cả những người
chết. Cho đến tận cùng, một con người vẫn có thể trỗi dậy, và một ngày
nào đó tất cả mọi người sẽ trỗi dậy.</font></span></p>
