thủ phạm giết gia đình. Họ đem tên sát nhân đến trước quan tòa và yêu cầu xử
theo luật “ Mắt đền mắt răng thế răng”. Kẻ sát nhân đã dùng đá để ném chết
cha họ, thì hắn cũng phải bị ném đá theo như luật định.</em></span></p>

tội và sẵn sàng chịu hình phạt. Chỉ xin hoãn ba ngày để hắn về giải quyết
vẫn đề liên quan đến một người cháu được ký thác cho hắn trong coi từ nhỏ.
Giữa lúc quan tòa đang do dự, thì từ trong đám đông dự phiên tòa, có một
người giơ tay cám kết: “Tôi xin đứng ra bảo đảm cho lời cam kết của tử tội.
Nếu sau ba ngày, hắn không trở lại, tôi sẽ chết thay cho hắn”.</em></span></p>

giải quyết việc gia đình. Đúng kỳ hạn, giữa lúc mọi người đang chờ đợi để
chứng kiến cuộc hành quyết, hắn hiên ngang tiến ra pháp trường, dõng dạc
tuyên bố: “Tôi đã giải quyết việc gia đình. Giờ đây, đúng theo lời cam kết,
tôi xin trở lại để chịu tội. Tôi muốn trung thành với lời cam kết của mình
để người ta sẽ không nói: Chữ tín không còn trên mặt đất này”.</em></span></p>

người đàn ông bảo lãnh cho hắn cũng ra giữa đám đông tuyên bố: “Phần tôi, sở
dĩ tôi đứng ra bảo lãnh cho người này vì tôi không muốn để cho người ta nói:
“Lòng quảng đại không còn trên mặt đất này”.</em></span></p>

cha chúng tôi, để người ta sẽ không còn nói: “ Lòng tha thứ không còn hiện
hữu trên mặt đất này”</em>.</span></p>

tình yêu. Nếu yêu thương là trao ban thì tha thứ còn lớn hơn cả trao ban, vì

lần. Nếu chúng ta có thể cho đi của cải mình, có thể cho đi mạng mình vì
người mình yêu, thì tha thứ còn cao c hơn rất nhiều, vì tha thứ là trao ban
cho kẻ thù của mình.</span></p>

<em style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px">“Hãy yêu kẻ thù”</em></strong>. Đó là
lệnh truyền đã được Đức Giêsu nhắc lại hai lần trong bài tin mừng hôm nay.
Đó cũng là lệnh truyền khó thi hành nhất trong các lệnh truyền của Người.
khó như không phải là không có thể. Chính Người đã làm gương cho chúng ta
khi Người xin Cha tha thứ cho những kẻ hành hạ mình. hơn nữa, Người còn minh
oan cho họ: “Vì họ lầm chẳng biết”.</span></p>

Giêsu đã thể hiện trọn vẹn tình yêu của Thiên Chúa. và đó cũng là nét cao
quí nhất trong dung mạo của Đấng Cứu Thế. Người đến để yêu thương và cứu
chuộc con người, Người đến để tha thứ và đem lại cho con người cơ may để sám
hối và canh tân, để tái tạo và phục sinh với Ngài.</span></p>

thù? Yêu người yêu mình thì dễ, ai lại đi yêu kẻ làm hại mình bao giờ? Theo
triết gia Nietzsche thì lời khuyên “Hãy yêu kẻ thù” chỉ dành cho người bạc
nhược, nhát đảm. và Đức Giêsu chính là con người quá lý tưởng, thiếu thực
tế.</span></p>

người quá lý tưởng để quên mất thực tế, Người là con người thự tế đích thực.</span></p>

làm điều ác thì sẽ gặp điều ác. Lấy oán báo oán chỉ tăng thêm hận thù mà
thôi. Chỉ có ánh sáng mới xóa tan được bóng tối. Chỉ có tình thương mới dập
tắt được hận thù. Nếu chúng ta không sống theo lời dạy của Đức Giêsu thì
phản ứng dây chuyền của sự ác là hận thù sẽ tăng thêm hận thù, bạo lực sẽ
kéo theo bạo lực, và tất cả chúng ta sẽ rơi vào hố sâu diệt vong, như cơn
lốc xoáy ập tới tiêu diệt mọi người.</span></p>

người oán ghét kẻ khác. Nó làm tổn thương tinh thần của người oán thù, đồng
thời, hủy diệt nhân cách của chính họ. Bacon viết: “Khi trả thù, người ta
biến mình bằng kẻ thù. Còn khi tha thứ, người ta vượt cao hơn họ”.</span></p>

biến kẻ thù thành bạn hữu. Nếu hận thù là hủy diệt, tình yêu là xây dựng.
Abraham Lincoln có nói: “biến thù thành bạn, phải chăng là tiêu diệt kẻ thù
rồi?” Đó chính là sức mạnh của tình yêu, sức mạnh có tính sáng tạo và cứu
độ.</span></p>

căn bản nhất để chúng ta yêu thương kẻ thù chính là Lời Chúa trong Luca đoạn
6 câu 35: “Anh em hãy yêu kẻ thù… Như vậy, phần thưởng dành cho anh em sẽ
lớn lao, và anh em sẽ là con Đấng Tối Cao”. chúng ta sẽ không bao giờ là con
cái đích thực của Cha trên trời, nếu chúng ta không yêu thương kẻ thù và cầu
nguyện cho kẻ ngược đãi chúng ta.</span></p>
