như là một trong ba bản văn Thánh Kinh Tân Ước tường thuật về các cuộc
truyền tin, mà đây là cuộc truyền tin dành cho thánh Giuse. Thiên Chúa sai
thiên thần đem đến cho thánh Giuse sứ điệp nhận lấy sứ mạng làm cha nuôi
Chúa Cứu Thế và giữ gìn Đức Trinh Nữ Maria.</span></p>

cả Giuse - người công chính - và vai trò đặc biệt của ngài trong tư cách

xuất hiện một vĩ nhân có tên là Giu-se (con của tổ phụ Gia-cóp, bị bán qua
Ai-cập), người được mệnh danh là “người công chính” khi từ chối thoả mãn xác
thịt với bà vợ của một vị quan trong triều đình, và chấp nhận án oan rồi bị
tống giam; rồi sau khi giải mộng cho vua Pha-ra-ô, Giu-se được cất nhắc lên
chức tể tướng và quản lý lương thực của Ai-cập; để rồi khi dân đói đến kêu
xin vua Pha-ra-ô thì vua bảo: “Hãy đến cùng Giu-se”.</font></span><font face="Times New Roman" style="font-size: 14pt"><br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px">

chính” gán cho ông Giu-se thời Cựu Ước, nay được thánh ký Mát-thêu dành cho
thánh cả Giu-se, và câu nói của vua Pha-ra-ô “hãy đến cùng Giu-se” xưa cũng
được Người Công Giáo xưa nay dành cho thánh cả Giu-se, khi làm biểu ngự đặt
dưới chân tượng thánh Giu-se: “Ite ad Joseph”.</font></span></p>

Mừng hôm nay tường thuật, câu “Giu-se là người công chính” (Mt 1,19) phải
hiểu như thế nào?</span></p>

vì thánh Giu-se cảm thấy mình không xứng đáng với Đức Mẹ và Chúa Ngôi Hai
nên đã tìm cách rút lui. Điều này có lẽ không thật chính xác, ai giải thích
như thế là không đọc Tin Mừng cho đầu đuôi, cắt lấy một cái ngọn rồi chú
giải sai.</span></p>

chuyện Giuse muốn dùng kế “đào vi” để “rút êm” khi chưa được thiên thần báo
mộng cho biết bào thai từ lòng Đức Mẹ là do đâu. Cho đến khi được thiên thần
giải thích: “Này ông Giu-se, con cháu Đa-vít, đừng ngại đón bà Ma-ri-a vợ
ông về, vì người con bà cưu mang là do quyền năng Chúa Thánh Thần” (Mt
1,20). Khi biết được rõ ràng cái bào thai không do “tác giả” nào khác, mà là
do quyền năng Chúa Thánh Thần, thánh Giuse đã đón Đức Mẹ về (không biết có
làm đám cưới không nữa?).</span></p>

rằng: “Ông Giu-se, chồng bà, là người công chính và không muốn tố giác bà,
nên mới định tâm bỏ bà cách kín đáo” (Mt 1,19).</font></span></p>

rằng, Tin Mừng nói rõ mẹ Maria đã thành hôn với ông Giu-se (x. Mt 1,18), dù
chưa về chung sống, nhưng nếu Maria có thai với “ai khác” thì bị kết vào tội
ngoại tình, mà theo luật Do Thái, tội ngoại tình sẽ bị đưa ra giữa thanh
thiên bạch nhật và bị ném đá chết. Có lẽ đây là một dằn vặt lớn nhất cho
thánh Giuse, bởi nếu tố cáo thì chắc chắn Maria sẽ bị ném đá chết. Thế rồi,
Giu-se chọn cách rút êm, sẵn sàng nhận cho mình “án oan vô trách nhiệm”
không thừa nhận đứa con và người vợ, chấp nhận chịu tiếng xấu của người đời,
chứ không tố cáo vợ để Maria phải chịu tử hình ném đá. Khi tìm hiểu đến đây,
chúng ta thấy phảng phất lại hình ảnh của Giuse-“người công chính” trong Cựu
Ước đã chấp nhận án oan, chứ không tố cáo người khác. Đấy là cách mà thánh
sử Mát-thêu khôn khéo so sánh.</span></p>

nòi giống lưu truyền trong nhân loại, Chúa Giê-su nhập thể “làm người”,
Người cần có một gia phả trong gia đình nhân loại. Đồng thời, để lời các
ngôn sứ được ứng nghiệm nguồn gốc vương đế thuộc dòng tộc Đa-vít, mà trong
đó, chính thánh Giu-se là con cháu của vua Đa-vít.</font></span></p>

bấy giờ và bị người đời khinh miệt.</span></p>
