Giбo, tr 107</i>). Việc tạo sinh nhвn tạo mа y học đang thực hiện gồm cу:
Thụ tinh nhвn tạo, Thụ tinh trong ống nghiệm, Tạo sinh vф tнnh. Trong phần
nầy, chъng ta chỉ đề cập đến thụ tinh nhвn tạo, thụ tinh trong ống nghiệm vа

nhвn tạo do tinh trщng của người chồng:</i><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Lấy
tinh trщng của người chồng vа gieo cấy vаo tử cung người vợ mа khфng giao

nhвn tạo do tinh trщng của người khбc:</i><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Khi
tinh trщng của người chồng khфng cу khả năng đậu thai hoặc người chồng khфng
cу tinh dịch, người ta lấy tinh trщng của một người khбc khфng phải lа chồng
của người phụ nữ vа đem gieo cấy vаo tử cung của chị. Tinh trщng cũng cу thể
lấy ở Trung Tвm Bảo Quản Tinh Trщng. Trường hợp nầy cу thể lа vф danh, nghĩa
lа khфng biết ai lа cha đứa bй sẽ chаo đời.<br style="font-family: FontStyle, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">

trong ống nghiệm</i></b><br style="font-family: FontStyle, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">
<br style="font-family: FontStyle, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">
Trứng của người nữ được hъt ra theo phẫu thuật. Trứng vа tinh trщng được
phối hợp trong ống nghiệm. Sau khi trứng được thụ tinh thаnh phфi, người ta
cấy phфi nầy vаo tử cung người nữ. Người nữ nầy cу thể lа vợ hoặc một người
nữ khбc khфng phải lа vợ. Trường hợp cấy phфi vаo một người nữ khбc khфng
phải lа vợ, thм gọi lа thụ thai vа đẻ mướn.<br style="font-family: FontStyle, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">

Kỹ thuật y khoa thаnh cфng trong nhiều trường hợp thụ thai nhвn tạo vа thụ
tinh trong ống nghiệm. Nhưng những cбch thụ tinh nầy để lại nhiều hậu quả
nghiкm trọng, nhất lа về mặt luвn lэ:<br style="font-family: FontStyle, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">
<br style="font-family: FontStyle, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">
1/ Khi tinh trщng vа trứng khфng phải lа của hai vợ chồng, thм đứa bй sinh
ra khфng thể coi lа con của họ.<br style="font-family: FontStyle, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">
<br style="font-family: FontStyle, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">
2/ Khi tinh trщng lа của người khбc được đưa vаo tử cung người vợ để thụ
thai, thм vi phạm đến luật hфn nhвn do cу sự can thiệp của người thứ ba, vм
con cбi lа kết quả sự phối hợp tмnh yкu chỉ giữa hai vợ chồng mа thфi, đứa

3/ Những đứa con sinh ra do việc lấy tinh trщng của cщng một người để cho

4/ Trường hợp người phụ nữ độc thвn thụ thai cбch nầy, đứa con sinh ra coi
như khфng cу cha. Điều nầy gвy nhiều bất lợi cho đứa con về mặt thể lэ vа

5/ Việc mang thai vа đẻ mướn tạo nкn nhiều phức tạp về mặt tмnh cảm, đạo đức
vа phбp lэ, khi người mang thai đẻ mướn từ chối khфng giao lại đứa bй cho
người thuк mмnh mang thai vа sinh.<br style="font-family: FontStyle, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">

6/ Việc thụ tinh trong ống nghiệm rồi đem cấy vаo tử cung gвy nhiều hậu quả
nghiкm trọng cho người nữ như ung thư tử cung hoặc trụy tim<br style="font-family: FontStyle, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">

Giбo Hội Cфng giбo khфng chấp nhận những cбch thức thụ thai nкu trкn, vм nу
đi ngược lại với giбo huấn của Chъa vа giбo lэ truyền thống của Giбo Hội:<br style="font-family: FontStyle, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">

a/ Kinh thбnh dạy rằng Thiкn Chъa lа chủ sự sống con người. Thiкn Chъa đг
tạo thаnh sự sống của muфn loаi muфn vật, trong đу, sự sống con người lа cao
quэ nhất (x.St 1,26-27;2,7.5,12). Con người khфng cу quyền tuyệt đối trкn sự
sống của mмnh. Họ được mời gọi tham dự vаo cфng trмnh tạo thаnh sự sống mới

nhờ đến tinh trщng hay trứng của người thứ ba để thụ thai, lа vi phạm đến sự

Trong việc thụ tinh nhвn tạo dị hợp, phфi thai người lа do sự gặp gỡ giữa
những giao tử của hai người cho, нt nhất một trong hai người khфng thuộc cặp
vợ chồng kết hợp trong hфn nhвn. Việc thụ tinh nhвn tạo dị hợp, như đг đề
cập ở trкn, nghịch với tнnh duy nhất của hфn nhвn, với phẩm giб của vợ
chồng, với ơn gọi riкng của cha mẹ vа với quyền của đứa trẻ thụ thai vа sinh
