1. Về câu hỏi thứ nhất, </span></b>tôi đã có đôi lần nói rõ là linh mục
không bao giờ được phép biến lễ tang thành lễ phong thánh cho ai
(canonization) vì không có giáo lý ,giáo luật nào cho phép làm như vậy.
Ai chết, kể cả các linh mục, giám mục, Hồng y và ngay cả Đức Thánh Cha
chết, thì Giáo Hội chỉ dạy phải cầu nguyện cho người quá cố mà thôi ,
chứ không tức khắc tuyên bố ai đã lên Thiên Đàng rồi nên khỏi cần cầu
nguyện nữa.</p>

Có phong thánh cho ai thì cũng phải có thời gian điều tra cũng như đòi
hỏi theo giáo luật, như phải có một vài phép lạ mà người nào được hưởng
nhờ cầu xin với người đã qua đời, rồi Giáo Hội mới phong chân phước (
Blessed) trước khi phong thánh( canonization).Nghĩa là phải qua nhiều
thời gian điều tra theo giáo luật , nên từ xưa đến nay, Giáo Hôi chưa
bao giờ phong thánh tức khắc cho ai sau khi người đó chết dù là Đức
Thánh Cha.</p>

Như vậy, khi giảng trong lễ tang của ai, linh mục nào nói là linh hồn
này đã lên Thiên Đàng rồi, là đã tự ý phóng đại hay tưởng tượng để tự ý
phong thánh cho người kia mà không căn cứ vào giáo lý , giáo luật nào
của Hội Thánh,- hay hơn nữa- đã vượt quyền của Giáo Hội để tự ý phong
thánh cho ai vì mục đích đề cao người chết và làm vui lòng cho tang gia
của người qua đời.</p>

Lại nữa, nếu biết linh hồn của người chết đã lên Thiên Đàng rồi, tức là
đã gia nhập hàng ngũ các Thánh ở trên Trời , thì cần gì phải cầu nguyện
cho người ấy nữa ??? vì có giáo lý nào dạy phải cầu nguyện cho một
thánh nam hay thánh nữ nào đâu ? . Các thánh nam nữ đang hưởng Thánh
Nhan Chúa trên Thiên Đàng không cần ai cầu xin cho mình nữa. Ngược lại,
các Thánh có thể cầu bầu, tức là cầu xin Chúa cách đắc lực cho các tín
hữu còn sống trên trần gian và cho các linh hồn thánh đang được tinh
luyện nơi Luyện tội.( Purgatory )</p>

Như vậy, ai quả quyết rằng người này, người kia chết đã lên Thiên Đàng
rồi là đã tự ý phong thánh cho người ấy, bất chấp luật phong thánh của
Giáo Hội, gây ngộ nhận cho giáo dân về phần rỗi của ai mà chính mình
cũng không biết, nhưng cứ nói đại để làm vui lòng cho thân nhân người
quá cố mà xác còn đang nằm trong nhà thờ cho mọi người có mặt cầu nguyện
.</p>

Mọi linh mục đều phải hiểu rằng không ai có cách gì biết được Chúa phán
đoán ra sao cho một người đã ly trần. Ai chết thì phải cầu nguyện cho
họ, có thế thôi –kể cả cho những người tự tử chết hay chết đột ngột
không kịp được sức dầu và lãnh phép lành sau hết của Giáo Hội. Nghĩa là
không ai có thể phán đoán người này đã lên Thiên Đàng, người kia đã
xuống hỏa ngục rồi ,nên không cần cầu xin cho họ nữa.</p>

Tóm lại, số phận đời đời của một người sau khi chết thì chỉ có Chúa biết
và phán đoán công mình, khoan dung cho người ấy mà thôi.</p>

Vạ tyệt thông ( excommunication) là </b> hình phạt nặng nhất mà Giáo Hội
bất đắc dĩ phải tuyên phạt <b style="font-size: 16px; vertical-align: baseline; outline: 0px; border: 0px none; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; background: 0px 0px"> </b>ai
đã vi phạm một trong những điều Giáo Hội cấm trong giáo luật. Thí dụ phá
thai, ném bỏ Mình Thánh Chúa xuống đất.. hành hung Đức Thánh Cha..v.v
khi vi phạm một trong những điều ngăn cấm ghi trong giáo luật thì thức
khắc bị vạ tuyệt thông tiền kết và vạ này dành cho Đức Thánh Cha quyền
tháo gỡ ( x giáo luật số 1364&1). Ngược lại, khi vi phạm điều gì có liên
quan đến đức tin hay luân lý,thì giáo quyền địa phương (Tòa Giám mục) có
thể gia vạ tuyệt thông hậu kết ( ferendae sententiae) cho ai vi phạm,
sau ít là một lần cảnh cáo mà người vi phạm không có thiện chí nhận lỗi
và sửa đổi.</p>

Như vậy, đi dự tiệc cưới của ai không kết hôn hợp pháp trong Giáo Hội
chỉ là gương xấu chứ không phải là vi phạm điều gì về đức tin hay luân
lý.Nên không thể áp dụng vạ tuyệt thông tiền kết (latae sententiae) hay
hậu kết ( ferendae sententiae) cho ai được.</p>

Theo luật, không linh mục nào- dù là chánh hay phó xứ- có quyền ra vạ
tuyệt thông cho ai. Nếu có, chỉ có giám mục mới có quyền này mà thôi.
Vậy linh mục chánh xứ nào ngăm đe gia vạ tuyệt thông cho ai đi dự đám
cưới của các cặp hôn nhân không kết hôn trong nhà thờ vì lý do nào đó,
là đã đi quá thẳm quyền của mình, hay không hiểu biết gì về vạ tuyệt
thông..</p>

Vả lại, ngay cả việc kết hôn không đúng theo luật và nghi thức của Giáo
Hội thì chỉ là gương xấu phải tránh, chứ không phải là tội đáng bị vạ
tuyệt thông, vì điều này không có ghi trong luật cấm theo giáo luật.</p>

Nhưng không phải vì Chúa quá nhân từ, vì công nghiệp của Chúa Kitô là
quá đủ, mà con người không cần phải làm gì nữa về phần mình.Hay nói rõ
hơn không thể coi đó như bảo đảm chắc chắn về phần rỗi của mình nên cứ
tự do sống theo ý riêng mà không cần đóng góp thiện chí cá nhân vào ơn
cứu độ của Chúa để sống theo đường lối của Người hầu được cứu rỗi..</p>

Trái lại, nếu không có thiện chí góp phần vào ơn cứu độ của Chúa mà lấy
cớ Chúa là tình thương, Chúa Kitô đã chết thay cho mình rồi, nên cứ tự
do sống và làm những việc trái với tình thương, công bằng và thánh thiện
của Chúa như oán thù, giết người, giết thai nhi, trộm cắp, gian tham ,
dâm ô thác loạn…thì chắc chắn Chúa không thể cứu người đó được.</p>

Lý do là con người còn có ý muốn tự do ( free will) mà Thiên Chúa luôn
tôn trọng cho con người xử dụng.Nên nếu con người xử dụng tự do này mà
chối bỏ Thiên Chúa bằng chính đời sống của mình để phạm những tội
nghịch cùng Thiên Chúa mà không hề biết ăn năn sám hối, thì công nghiệp
cứu chuộc của Chúa Kitô sẽ trở nên vô ích hoàn toàn cho ai chọn lối sống
này. Nghĩa là Tình thương vô biên của Thiên Chúa và công nghiệp cứu
chuộc vô giá của Chúa Kitô không thể áp dụng cho những ai lợi dụng tình
thương và công nghiệp này để sống theo “văn hóa của sự chết” và chối bỏ
Thiên Chúa bằng chính đời sống của mình.</p>

Đó là lý do tại sao Chúa Giê su đã nói với một số người Pharisi đến hỏi
Chúa xem có phải những người Ga-li-lê bị Tổng Trấn Phi-la-tô giết chết
và mười tám người khác bị thác Si-lô-a đổ xuống đè chết có phải vì họ
tội lỗi hơn những người khác hay không, Chúa đã trả lời họ như sau:</p>

N</b>hư thế rõ ràng cho thấy là tình thương và công nhiệp của Chúa không
thể bao che cho tội lỗi của con người, cố ý phạm vì lợi dụng tình thương
tha thứ của Chúa và không biết sám hối để xin tha thứ. Chính vì tội của
con người mà Chúa Giêsu phải vác thập giá đau khổ và chịu chết thay cho
loài người tội lỗi. Nhưng muốn được hưởng nhờ công nghiệp cứu chuộc đó,
để sống hạnh phúc với Chúa trên Nước Trời mai sau, thì nhất thiết đòi
hỏi con người phải cộng tác với ơn cứu chuộc của Chúa để xa tránh mọi
tội lỗi, hay sám hối vì đã lỡ phạm tội, vì Thiên Chúa chê ghét mọi tội
lỗi còn đầy rẫy trong thế gian, trong bản tính yếu đuối của con người và
trong kế hoạch của Sa tăng – kẻ thù cho phần rỗi của mỗi người chúng
ta- không bao giờ muốn cho ai được cứu rỗi, được bước đi theo Chúa Kitô

Như vậy, không thể rao giảng tình thương của Chúa mà không nói đến phần
đóng góp của con người vào tình thương và ơn cứu độ của Chúa.</p>

Đây là một khuyết điểm lớn của các giáo phái Tin Lành, là những người
chủ trương chỉ cần tin Chúa Kitô ( sola fe) là đủ cho con người được cứu
độ mà không cần phải làm gì thêm về phía con người. Đây cũng là khuyết
điểm của một số linh mục “mị giáo dân” bằng cách chỉ nói đến tình thương
của Chúa mà không nói đến phần đóng góp của con người vào tình thương
đó.</p>

Thực tế cho thấy là nếu miệng nói tin Chúa mà chân bước đi theo thế gian
để làm các sự dữ như thực trạng sống của con người ở khắp nơi trong thế
giới tục hóa ngày nay- đặc biệt là những kẻ đang buôn bán phụ nữ và trẻ
em bán cho bọn tú bà, ma cô, cho bọn vô luân vô đạo đang đi tìm thú vui
dâm ô và ấu dâm rất khốn nạn- thì dù có tuyên xưng tin Chúa Kitô cả
ngàn vạn lần thì cũng vô ích mà thôi. Chắc chắn như vậy.</p>

Câu hỏi “ lời nói phải đi đôi với việc làm” rất đúng cả về mặt tự nhiên
cũng như trong đời sống thiêng liêng. Trong mọi giao thiệp với người
khác, ai chỉ nói hay, nói hấp dẫn, nhưng không có việc làm cụ thể để
chứng mình thì chắc chắn không thuyết phục được ai tin lời mình nói.
Cũng vậy, tuyên xưng lòng tin có Chúa mà đời sống lại đi ngược với niềm
tin ấy, thì sẽ không giúp ích gì cho phần rỗi của mình và cũng không
thuyết phục được ai tin Chúa nữa vì gương sống phản chứng của mình.</p>

Tóm lại, rao giảng tình thương vô biên của Chúa là cần thiết, là đúng.
Nhưng sẽ thiếu sót nếu chỉ nói đến tình thương của Chúa mà không nói
đến phần đóng góp cá nhân của con người vào tình thương ấy để không lợi
dụng tình thương của Chúa mà sống thù nghich với lòng nhân hậu và tha
thứ của Chúa như thực trạng của biết bao con người trong thế giới tục
hóa ngày nay.</p>
