việc chỉ lа thuần tъy một cử chỉ bề ngoаi, Giбo Hội duy trм việc xức tro
để tượng trưng thбi độ sбm hối nội tвm, mа mọi người đг được rửa tội
được mời gọi trong Mщa Chay. Cбc tнn hữu đến nhận tro sẽ được hỗ trợ
trong việc nhận thức tầm quan trọng nội tвm tiềm ẩn của cử chỉ nаy, vốn
lаm cho họ sẵn sаng hướng đến sự hoбn cải vа sự cam kết đổi mới cho mщa
