mầu nhiệm được cử hành, hoặc các nhu cầu riêng cho người nghe. Bài giảng

lời nguyện đặc biệt vào trong Kinh Nguyện Thánh Thể, hoặc cần có một sự
thay đổi thường xuyên cho Sách Lễ, trước hết ngài cần phải thuyết phục
hai phần ba số thành viên của Hội Đồng Giám Mục rằng ý tưởng của mình là
một ý tưởng tốt. Sau khi các Giám Mục đã biểu quyết ủng hộ đề xuất của
ngài, thì đề xuất sẽ được gửi qua Rôma để được xác nhận, và chỉ sau khi
Tòa Thánh đã đưa ra sự phê chuẩn, lúc ấy sự đổi mới có thể được đưa vào
Sách Lễ tại quốc gia đó.</span></p>

Mục khác ngoài Đấng Bản quyền địa phương, Thánh Bộ Phụng Tự đã ban hành
sắc lệnh ngày 8-6-2008, (Protocol số 652/08/L), vốn sửa đổi bản in mẫu
thứ ba của Sách Lễ Rôma Latinh, trước khi xuất bản một bản in lại với
nhiều chỉnh sửa. Nội dung của sắc lệnh này đã được đưa vào bản dịch
