ngày Lễ Thứ Năm Tuần Thánh ( Holy Thursday) thường có nghi thức rửa chân
để nhớ lai việc Chúa Giêsu xưa đã rửa chân cho 12 Tông Đồ, nhân dịp
trọng đại Chúa lập Phép Thánh Thể và Chức Linh Mục thừa tác (
Ministerial Priesthood) trong Bữa Tiệc ly cuối cùng của Chúa với 12 Tông
Đồ nói trên. Chúa rửa chân cho họ để dạy họ, và tất cả mọi người chúng
ta bài học bác ái, khiêm nhường và phục vụ đích thực, theo gương

Điều kiện đó là trước hết phải là người Công Giáo đang hiệp thông trọn
vẹn với Giáo Hội Công Giáo. Nghĩa là những người ngoài Giáo Hội thì
không được mời rước Mình Máu Thánh Chúa, dù họ - có vì xã giao-mà đến
tham dự Thánh Lễ với người Công Giáo. Họ không được mời rước Minh Máu
Thánh Chúa , vì họ không cùng chia sẻ niềm tin có Thiên Chúa với
người Công Giáo nói chung, và về sự hiện điện thực sự ( real presence)
của Chúa Kitô trong hai chất thể bánh và rượu nho.</span></p>

Về phần người Công Giáo , muốn được rước Mình Máu Thánh Chúa cách hữu
ích và xứng hợp , thì phải đang sống trong tình trạng ơn phúc, <b>nghĩa

“ không được làm lễ ( linh mục) và rước lễ</b> ( <b>giáo dân</b>” ( x

nam nữ và tôn giáo, để mời hết mọi người tham dự Thánh Lễ lên rước Mình
Máu Chúa Kitô được ( nếu có những người ngoài Công Giáo tham dự Lễ vì
xã giao), vì hai việc rửa chân và rước lễ hoàn toàn khác nhau về bản
chất và mục đích , nên không thể suy diễn việc rửa chân cho mọi người
của Đức Thánh Cha, để mời mọi người không phân biệt tôn giáo rước Mình
Thánh Chúa được.</span></p>

Rửa chân- tự bản chất- chỉ là việc bác ái , phục vụ và khiêm nhường,
tương tự như việc bố thí cho người khó nghèo. Bố thí cho người nghèo
thì không cần phân biệt người có Đạo hay khác tôn giáo, nam hay nữ, cùng
chủng tộc hay khác màu da và ngôn ngữ. Nhưng rước Mình Máu Chúa Kitô thì

Do đó, khi tham dự Thánh Lễ Misa ( Tạ Ơn) mọi tín hữu đều được mong
đợi,hay mời gọi rước Minh Máu Thánh Chúa Kitô thực sự hiện diện trong
hai chất thể là bánh và rượu nho, trừ những người tự xét mình là đang có
tội trọng thì không được tiến lên rước lễ theo giáo lý và giáo luật
của Giáo Hội dạy. Nhưng dù không có tội trọng thì người tín hữu cũng chỉ

Nên sau khi ly dị ngoài tòa dân sự, người li dị phải xin “tiêu
hôn=annualment) nơi Tòa Hôn Phối địa phận nếu muốn tái hôn.Xin tiêu hôn
có nghĩa là xin thẩm quyền của Giáo Hội ( Tòa Hôn Phối Giáo Phận) tuyên
bố là hôn phối cũ của hai người chưa thành sự ( invalidly) vì thiếu yếu
tố cần thiết nào đó.Ngược lại, nếu hôn phối cũ được xem là đã thành sự (
validly)rồi thì sẽ không được tiêu hôn phối cũ này để tái hôn với ai
trong Giáo Hội.</span></p>

Do đó, trong khi chờ phán quyết của Tòa hôn phối- (hoặc không xin tiêu
hôn) – mà lại sống chung với người khác như vợ chồng, thì không được
phép đi xưng tội và rước lễ vì việc sống chung này là một sai trái
nghiêm trọng , tương tự như hành vi ngoại tình ( adultery),.Lý do là
bao lâu hôn phối cũ chưa được tháo gỡ theo giáo luật, thì bấy lâu hai
người phối ngẫu vẫn bị ràng buộc với hôn phối này. Cho nên tự ý sống
chung với người khác như vợ chồng sau khi ly dị ngoài tòa dân sự , thì
bị coi là phạm tội ngoại tình , và do đó, ngăn trở đời sống bí tích (
xưng tội và rước lễ).Không thể đi xưng tội để xin tha tội nàyđược. Muốn
được tha thì phải chấm dứt việc sống chung kia, vì hôn phối cũ chưa được
tháo gỡ, hay không được tháo gỡ vì không đủ yếu tố theo giáo luật.</span></p>

Tóm lại, ai đã li dị ngoài tòa dân sự và muốn tái hôn, thì phải xin
tiêu hôn cũ nơi Tòa Hôn Phối của Giáo Phận, và phải chờ phán quyết của
Tòa này rồi mới được tái hôn hay không . Nghĩa là, nếu không có, hay
chưa có- phán quyết cho tiêu hôn của Tòa Hôn Phối, mà người đã li dị ở
tòa án dân sự, lại tự ý sống chung với người khác như vợ chồng, thì tạm
thời không được xưng tội và rước lễ như đã nói ở trên.</span></p>
