trung gian ông Mai- Sen: “Nghe đây hởi Ít-ra-en ! ĐỨC CHÚA,Thiên Chúa
của chúng ta, là ĐỨC CHÚA duy nhất” (Deut 6,4). Như thế, mọi việc tin và
tôn kính bất cứ một thần linh nào khác ngoài Thiên Chúa ra đều nghịch

(divination) và ma thuật (magic) như gọi hồn người chết, tra cứu tử vi,
chiêm tinh, xem chỉ tay, bói quẻ, xin sâm, đồng cốt, phù thủy…Khi đặt
tin tưởng vào những việc này, ngươì ta đã gạt bỏ Thiên Chúa là Đấng duy
nhất cầm quyền sinh tử cuả con người và vạn vật trong vũ trụ này. (x.

<font size="3">Ngoài ra, cũng đuợc xem là nghịch vơí Điều răn thứ nhất những ai theo
thuyết vô thần (atheism) hoặc vô tôn giáo (irreligion). Thuyết vô thần
đuợc xem là nguy haị cho đức tin Công giáo hơn cả vì thuyết này xoá bỏ
hay phủ nhận mọi suy tư đưa đến nhìn nhận có Thiên Chúa là Đấng tạo dựng
nên con người “linh ư vạn vật” cũng như toàn thể vũ trụ hữu hình và vô
hình. Thuyết này cũng chối bỏ mọi tin tưởng đặt vào bất cứ thần linh nào
ngoài con người và thế giới vật chất hữu hình này.</font></span></p>

phạm đến Thánh Thể, như quăng Mình Thánh xuống đất, đổ Máu Thánh còn dư
sau Rước Lễ vào bồn rửa tay, nhất là đem Thánh Thể về nhà cho ai dùng để
làm việc phù phép nào đó. Cũng được kể là phạm thánh khi có thái độ hoặc
hành vi khinh thường các bí tích và á bí tích (Ảnh Tượng Chúa, Đức Mẹ và
các Thánh, tràng hạt, sách kinh) và có hành vi ô uế nơi thờ phượng như
Nhà Thờ, Nhà Nguyện.</font></span></p>

<font size="3">c- Tội mại thánh (còn gọi là buôn thần bán thánh = simonia)</font></span></strong><span style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px"><font size="3">:
như đòi tiền để ban một bí tích, để dâng Lễ hay cầu nguyện cho ai. Đòi
tiền ở đây khác với bổng Lễ (mass stipend) mà Giáo luật cho phép thu
theo mức mà Giáo Quyền địa phương ấn định. Thí dụ ở các Giáo Xứ Mỹ, bổng
lễ là 5 đôla cho mỗi ý Lễ chẳng hạn. Linh mục không được phép đòi bổng
Lễ cao hơn mức qui định và không được gây cho giáo dân lầm tưởng rằng
dâng nhiều tiền thì được lợi ích thiêng liêng nhiều hơn là ít tiền hay
không có bổng lễ. Nếu linh mục nào làm với ý này hoặc giáo dân nào muốn
dùng tiền của để mua ơn thánh Chúa thì đều mắc tội mại thánh (x. Sđd. Số
2111-2123).<br style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px">
