1.1. Trường hợp người Kitф hữu Cфng giбo<br style="font-family: FontStyle, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">

Người muốn lгnh nhận bн tнch Xức Dầu Bệnh Nhвn phải lа người tнn hữu Cфng
giбo, nghĩa lа đг được rửa tội trong Giбo Hội Cфng giбo hay những người đг
được nhận vаo Giбo Hội Cфng Giбo. Tuy nhiкn, Giбo luật loại trừ hai trường
hợp sau đвy khфng được lгnh nhận bн tнch Xức Dầu Bệnh Nhвn:<br style="font-family: FontStyle, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">

- Những người cố chấp sống trong tội trọng cфng khai (Điều 1007). Trong

1.2.1. Kitф hữu thuộc cбc Giбo Hội Chнnh Thống Đфng Phương vа cбc Giбo Hội

hợp thức cбc bн tнch Sбm Hối, Thбnh Thể vа Xức Dầu Bệnh Nhвn cho những thаnh

Cфng giбo vа những thаnh viкn của cбc Giбo Hội khбc đang ở trong cщng một
tмnh trạng như cбc Giбo Hội Đфng Phương nуi trкn theo sự nhận định của Tфng

1.2.2. Cбc Kitф hữu khбc khфng hiệp thфng trọn vẹn với Giбo Hội Cфng giбo,
trong trường hợp nguy tử hoặc do một nhu cầu quan trọng khбc thъc bбch: Điều
844 §4 quy định: Trong trường hợp nguy tử hoặc nếu, theo sự nhận định của
Giбm Mục giбo phận hay của Hội Đồng Giбm Mục, cу một nhu cầu quan trọng khбc
thъc bбch, cбc thừa tбc viкn Cфng giбo cу thể ban cбch hợp thức cбc bн tнch
Sбm Hối, Thбnh Thể vа Xức Dầu Bệnh Nhвn cho cả những Kitф hữu khбc khфng
hiệp thфng trọn vẹn với Giбo Hội Cфng giбo, khi họ khфng thể đến được với
một thừa tбc viкn của cộng đoаn mмnh vа khi họ tự э xin điều đу, miễn lа họ
biểu lộ đức tin Cфng giбo về cбc bн tнch ấy, vа miễn lа họ đг được chuẩn bị
đầy đủ. Đвy lа trường hợp бp dụng cho cбc Kitф hữu Anh Giбo hoặc Kitф hữu
Tin Lаnh (với điều kiện lа bн tнch Rửa Tội được Giбo Hội Cфng giбo nhмn nhận

- Ngay khi người bệnh hoặc người giа bắt đầu bước vаo giai đoạn nguy hiểm
