Sở dĩ thế, vм nếu một linh mục đang bị Giбm mục của mмnh rъt năng quyền -
hay gọi nфm na lа bị treo chйn ( suspension. x. giбo luật số 1333)- thм tạm
thời khфng được phйp cử hаnh bн tнch nаy vа cбc bн tнch khбc cho đến khi
được trao lại năng quyền đầy đủ .( trừ trường hợp khẩn cấp nguy tử thм linh
mục – dщ đang bị “treo chйn” vẫn được phйp tha tội cho hối nhвn đang lвm
nguy mа khфng tмm được linh mục khбc để xưng tội vа lгnh phйp lаnh sau hết.

một linh mục thay mặt Chъa để tha tội, vм Chъa đг ban quyền ấy cho cбc Tфng

tha tội cho ai được. Đу lа lэ do tại sao họ chủ trương chỉ cần xưng
