Người không bẻ gãy cây lau bị giập, không dập tắt tim đèn

là Đấng đã tác tạo và mở rộng các tầng trời, đã củng cố mặt
đất và các sản phẩm của nó, đã ban hơi thở cho dân sống trên

<font face="Arial">Sáu ngày trước Lễ Vượt Qua, Chúa Giêsu
đến làng Bêtania, nơi Ladarô đã chết được Người cho sống
lại. Tại đây người ta dọn bữa cho Người ăn. Martha hầu bàn.
Còn Ladarô cũng là một trong những kẻ đồng bàn với Người.
Bấy giờ Maria lấy một cân dầu thơm, dầu cam tùng hảo hạng,
và xức chân Chúa Giêsu, rồi lấy tóc mình mà lau. Hương thơm
toả đầy nhà. Một môn đệ là Giuđa Iscariô, kẻ sẽ phản nộp
Người, liền nói: "Sao không bán dầu thơm đó lấy ba trăm đồng
mà cho người nghèo khó?" Hắn nói thế không phải vì lo lắng
cho người nghèo khó đâu, mà vì hắn là tên trộm cắp, lại được
giữ túi tiền, nên bớt xén các khoản tiền người ta bỏ vào đó.
Vậy Chúa Giêsu nói: "Hãy để mặc cô ấy làm công việc chỉ về
ngày táng xác Ta. Vì các ngươi sẽ có người nghèo luôn bên
cạnh các ngươi, còn Ta, các ngươi sẽ không gặp Ta mãi đâu".</font></p>

ở đó, nên tuôn đến, không những vì Chúa Giêsu, mà còn để
thấy Ladarô, kẻ đã chết được Người cho sống lại. Thế là các
Thượng tế quyết định giết luôn cả Ladarô, vì tại ông mà
nhiều người Do-thái đã bỏ họ và tin theo Chúa Giêsu. Đó là
lời Chúa.</font></p>

<strong>HÀNH ĐỘNG NGÔN SỨ</strong><br>
<strong><em>“Hãy để cô ấy yên. Cô đã giữ dầu thơm này là có
ý dành cho ngày mai táng Thầy.” </em></strong>(Ga 12,7)<br>
<strong><u>Suy niệm</u>:</strong> Ngày ba nhà đạo sĩ Đông
Phương đến thờ lạy Chúa Hài Đồng, ba lễ vật vàng, nhũ hương,
mộc dược mà họ dâng lên, đã ngầm nói lên phẩm tính hoàng
vương của Hài Nhi mới sinh, đồng thời tiên báo cái chết của
Ngài. Ngày hôm nay, hành động của cô Ma-ri-a lấy dầu thơm
xức chân Chúa Giê-su, được chính Ngài công nhận là một hành
động mang tính ngôn sứ: <em>“Dầu thơm này có ý dành cho ngày
mai táng Thầy.”</em> Dù trước mặt mọi người, hành động của
Ma-ri-a có vẻ khó hiểu, nhưng đối với cô điều đó không quan
trọng, bởi vì cô đã hành động theo sự thúc đẩy của tình yêu
dành cho Đức Ki-tô. Chính tình yêu giúp cô đồng cảm sâu xa
với Ngài; và ngay từ lúc này, cô đã cùng Đức Ki-tô đi vào
cuộc khổ nạn với Ngài.<br>
<strong><u>Mời Bạn</u>:</strong> Albert Nolan viết: “Ta sẽ
không thể nào đánh giá cách đầy đủ về Chúa Giê-su trong
những lao lung của đời sống hiện tại nếu ta không đi sâu vào
linh đạo của Ngài”, nói cách khác, ta phải ngụm lặn vào tâm
trạng của Chúa trong những giây phút cận kề với cái chết, ta
mới hiểu được Ngài muốn điều gì nơi ta. Hành động của chúng
ta sẽ mang tính ngôn sứ khi chúng được thúc đẩy bởi động lực
tình yêu.<br>
<strong><u>Sống Lời Chúa</u>:</strong> Dành những phút thinh
lặng, đặt mình vào vị trí của Mác-ta, Ma-ri-a, La-da-rô,
Giu-đa… để chiêm ngắm Chúa Giê-su những ngày trước lúc Ngài
chịu khổ hình… và xin ơn được đồng cảm với Chúa để biết hành
động sao cho đẹp lòng Chúa.<br>
<strong><u>Cầu nguyện</u>:</strong><em>Lạy Chúa, xin cho con
cảm nhận được những ưu tư khắc khoải của Chúa và của anh chị
em để con biết an ủi, giúp đỡ.</em></font></td>
