ngài gặp một người tên là Ênêa, bị bất toại đã liệt giường
suốt tám năm. Phêrô nói với anh ta: "Ênêa, Chúa Giêsu Kitô
chữa anh lành bệnh; hãy chỗi dậy và dẹp giường đi". Lập tức
anh ta đứng lên. Tất cả dân cư ở Lyđa và Sarôna thấy vậy,
đều trở lại cùng Chúa.</font></p>

<font face="Arial">Tại Gióp-pê, có một nữ môn đồ tên là Tabitha, nghĩa là Sơn
Dương. Bà làm nhiều việc lành và hay bố thí. Xảy ra trong
những ngày ấy bà lâm bệnh mà chết; người ta rửa xác bà, rồi
đặt trên lầu. Vì Lyđa ở gần Gióp-pê, các môn đồ nghe tin
Phêrô đang ở đó, liền sai hai người đến xin ngài rằng: "Xin
ngài hãy mau đến với chúng tôi". Phêrô chỗi dậy đi với họ.
Đến nơi, người ta dẫn ngài lên lầu; tất cả các quả phụ bao
quanh ngài, khóc nức nở, chỉ cho ngài xem các áo trong áo
ngoài mà chị Sơn Dương may cho họ. Phêrô bảo mọi người ra
ngoài, rồi quỳ gối cầu nguyện, và quay mặt về phía thi thể
mà nói: "Tabitha, hãy chỗi dậy". Bà liền mở mắt, thấy Phêrô
và ngồi dậy. Phêrô đưa tay đỡ bà đứng dậy, rồi gọi các
thánh, và các quả phụ đến, và chỉ cho thấy bà đã sống lại.
Cả thành Gióp-pê hay biết việc ấy, nên nhiều người tin vào
Chúa. Phêrô lưu lại Gióp-pê nhiều ngày tại nhà Simon thợ
thuộc da. Đó là lời Chúa.</font></p>

<strong>Suy niệm:</strong> Tục ngữ Việt Nam nói: “Sự thật
mất lòng”. Chúa Giê-su không sợ mất lòng mà sợ mất sự thật.
Vì thế Ngài khẳng định sự thật: Ngài chính là Bánh đem lại
sự sống đời đời, bất chấp cho lời đó chướng tai gây ‘sốc’
khiến các môn đệ rời bỏ Ngài. Trước tình huống phải chọn lựa
một trong hai ấy, Phê-rô đã không ‘a dua’ theo đám đông mà
bỏ Thầy; trái lại ông dám khảng khái tuyên xưng đức tin: <em>“Bỏ
Thầy chúng con biết đến với ai,”</em> dù cho ông không thấy,
không hiểu hết nội dung điều ông vừa tuyên xưng. Ông chỉ
biết một điều là luôn bám chặt vào con người Thầy Giê-su,
Đấng mà ông tin tưởng ngay cả trong lúc tối tăm vô định
nhất, tin tưởng ngay cả khi không có gì để kiểm chứng, để
bám víu, ngay cả khi con người ông vẫn còn những yếu đuối
khuyết điểm.<br>
<strong>Mời Bạn:</strong> “Lửa thử vàng, gian nan thử đức”.
Đức tin cũng là một thứ vàng cần phải được thanh luyện.
Những hoàn cảnh cụ thể trong cuộc sống đòi chúng ta phải
chọn lựa dứt khoát theo Chúa hay là không theo Chúa; đó
chính là hòn đá thử xem chất vàng đức tin của chúng ta đã
‘đủ tuổi’ hay chưa ngõ hầu ‘trụ’ được trước những thách đố
của tinh thần thế tục, hưởng thụ lạc thú, quyền lực… đang
làm xói mòn, hoen rỉ đức tin.<br>

Nhưng nó đang đứng giữa ngã ba đường. Nó phải lựa chọn!
Không thể chần chừ! Ngã rẽ quyết định cho tương lai của nó.<br>
Đi theo con đường ơn gọi, tận hiến cho Chúa và Giáo Hội, hay
đi theo ước mơ mà từ nhỏ nó muốn, học đại học, ra đời làm
việc, kiếm thật nhiều tiền?<br>
Nó tĩnh tâm! Nó đắn đo! Nó cầu nguyện! Nó chọn lựa! Tâm hồn
nó bị giằng co!<br>
Hạnh phúc ngọt ngào lần đầu tiên rước Chúa vào tâm hồn luôn
thôi thúc nó. Nó quyết định tiếp tục hành trình tìm kiếm
tình yêu thiêng linh. Nó muốn đi theo Chúa trên con đường
Chúa đi.<br>
Bạn bè bảo nó là đồ ngu. Mày ăn cái gì mà dại dột thế. Nó im
lặng.<br>
Người thân trong họ hàng gia tộc nó bảo nó là đứa con bất
hiếu. Đi tu, theo Chúa bỏ ông bỏ bà. Không có người nối dõi
tông đường. Nó không nói. Nó lặng thinh. Nó tự nhủ và an ủi
chính mình, gia tộc nó đâu có ai theo đạo đâu mà hiểu hết
được con đường nó đang đi.<br>
Những người tín hữu trong giáo xứ nó bất ngờ. Không thể nào
tin nổi! Thằng đó mà đi tu sao? Họ bàn tán! Cũng có người
cầu nguyện và khuyến khích nó! Cố gắng lên nhé! Nó cảm ơn!<br>
Nó quyết định bước theo Chúa dẫu có chông gai, dẫu có vất
vả, gian nan. Nó luôn tin Chúa thương nó nhiều. Nó tin Chúa
luôn ở với nó. Nó mỉm cười! Bước tiếp!<br>
“Thưa Thầy, bỏ Thầy thì chúng con biết đến với ai ? Thầy mới
có những lời đem lại sự sống đời đời. Phần chúng con, chúng
con đã tin và nhận biết rằng chính Thầy là Đấng Thánh của
Thiên Chúa.”<br>
Nó quì trước Chúa Giêsu Thánh Thể lòng dạt dào hạnh phúc! Nó
dâng lời cầu nguyện! “Chúa ơi! Con tạ ơn Chúa đã soi sáng
cho con được chọn con đường theo Chúa! Vì chỉ nơi Chúa mới
đem lại cho con hạnh phúc đích thực! Chỉ nơi Chúa con mới
được bình an! Lạy Chúa! Muôn ngàn đời Chúa vẫn trọn tình
thương! Amen.”<br>
* CẦU NGUYỆN: Lạy Chúa Giêsu Thánh Thể! Con đường phía trước
còn quá gian nan thử thách. Xin Chúa ban ơn cho con, để con
vững bước và trung thành đi theo Chúa cho đến trọn đời.
