Chúa. Phần Philipphê thì đi xuống một thành thuộc xứ Samaria
rao giảng Đức Kitô cho họ. Dân chúng chú ý đến những lời
Philipphê rao giảng, vì họ cùng nghe biết và xem thấy các
phép lạ ngài làm, quỷ ô uế đã ám nhiều người trong họ, lúc
đó kêu lớn tiếng và xuất ra. Nhiều người bất toại và què
quặt được chữa lành. Bởi đó, cả thành được vui mừng khôn tả.
Đó là lời Chúa.</font></p>

<strong>BÁNH TRƯỜNG SINH</strong><br>
<strong><em>Đức Giê-su nói với dân chúng rằng: “Chính tôi là
bánh trường sinh. Ai đến với tôi không hề phải đói; ai tin
vào tôi, chẳng khát bao giờ”.</em></strong>(Ga 6, 35)<br>
<strong>Suy niệm:</strong> <em>“Dân dĩ thực vi tiên” (Dân
lấy cái ăn làm đầu)</em>.Có thể nói, cái ăn mối quan tâm lớn
nhất của mọi người. Người túng thiếu lo sao đủ ăn hằng ngày,
người no đủ bận tâm về an toàn thực phẩm. Nếu cái ăn phần
xác được quan tâm như thế, thì của ăn nuôi hồn, không đáng
cho ta nghĩ tới sao? Chúa Giê-su trước khi từ giã cuộc đời
này đã thiết lập bí tích Thánh Thể để trao ban trọn vẹn thân
mình Ngài cho chúng ta. Khi truyền phép để bánh và rượu trở
thành Mình và Máu Thánh Đức Kitô, linh mục lặp lại chính lời
của Chúa Giê-su: <em>“Này là Mình Ta, sẽ bị nộp vì các con…
Này là Máu Ta, Máu giao ước mới và vĩnh cửu, sẽ đổ ra cho
các con và nhiều người được tha tội...”.</em> Mỗi khi tiếp
nhận Ngài, ta được dự phần vào sự sống của Chúa, tức là được
bảo đảm cho sự sống muôn đời.<br>
<strong>Mời Bạn:</strong> Thánh Gio-an Ma-ri-a Vi-a-nê hằng
ngày cầu nguyện nhiều giờ trước nhà chầu. Ngài nói: “<em>Linh
hồn chúng ta không thể có của ăn nuôi dưỡng nào khác ngoài
Thiên Chúa, bởi vì linh hồn phải sống bằng tinh thần của
Thiên Chúa</em>.”<strong> </strong>Bạn vẫn thường đi lễ,
nhưng có bao giờ bạn suy tưởng ý nghĩa linh thiêng bí tích
mình đang được dự phần không?<br>
<strong>Sống Lời Chúa:</strong> Tôi dọn mình chu đáo trước
khi rước lễ, và khi đã rước Chúa vào lòng, tôi sốt sắng cám
ơn Chúa.<br>
<strong>Cầu nguyện:</strong><em> Lạy Chúa Giê-su, Chúa đã
lập bí tích Thánh Thể để trao ban cho chúng con chính Chúa.
Xin đừng để con vô tâm trước hồng ân Chúa ban nhưng xin cho
con đầy lòng tin yêu và siêng năng rước Chúa. Amen.</em></font></p>

CHÚA GIÊSU – BÁNH TRƯỜNG SINH<br>
* LỜI CHÚA : “ Khi ấy, Chúa Giêsu nói với dân chúng rằng :
‘Chính tôi là bánh trường sinh. Ai đến với tôi, không hề
phải đói ; ai tin vào tôi, chẳng khát bao giờ !” (Ga 6,35)<br>
* CHIA SẺ :<br>
Tin, một hồng ân cao cả mà Thiên Chúa đã ân ban cho con
người, nhưng không phải ai cũng có đức tin, vì con người có
sự tự do để đáp trả, có mở lòng mình ra để đón nhận hay
không.<br>
Là người Kitô hữu, chúng ta đã tham dự rất nhiều Thánh Lễ,
nhưng chúng ta có tin Chúa Giêsu đang hiện diện cách đích
thực, trọn vẹn cả thần tính nhân tính của Người trong Tấm
Bánh bé nhỏ trên bàn thờ hay không? Đó là đức tin của mỗi
người. Thế nên, trong Thánh Lễ, sau khi đọc lời truyền phép,
linh mục cung kính cúi mình xuống nâng đĩa thánh và chén
thánh có Mình Máu Chúa lên và đọc, “Đây là mầu nhiệm đức
tin.”<br>
Thế mới hay, đức tin là bảo đảm cho những điều ta hy vọng,
là bằng chứng cho những điều ta không thấy. Điều này Chúa
Giêsu đã nói với Tôma. “Vì đã thấy Thầy, nên anh tin. Phúc
thay những người không thấy mà tin.” (Ga 20,29)<br>
Là người Kitô hữu, chúng ta thật là có phúc, vì tin rằng,
Thánh Thể chính là Mình Máu Chúa Giêsu Kitô, là Thần Lương
nuôi dưỡng linh hồn ta được sống muôn đời. Thế nên, khi rước
Chúa ngự vào lòng, với tất cả đức tin, đức cậy, đức mến,
linh hồn chúng ta sẽ được Mình Máu Thánh Chúa nuôi dưỡng và
biến đổi. Dĩ nhiên, sự biến đổi này là sự biến đổi thiêng
liêng, nghĩa là linh hồn chúng ta được đầy tràn ơn Chúa,
được trở nên thánh thiện hơn, bình an và hạnh phúc.<br>
Thế nhưng, vẫn còn có nhiều người không tin vào Bí Tích
Thánh Thể.</font></p>

Một người ngoại giáo hỏi người bạn Công giáo :<br>
- Người Công giáo các bạn ăn Chúa Kitô phải không ?<br>
- Vâng, người Công giáo trả lời.<br>
Người kia hỏi tiếp : - Vậy sao các bạn không trở nên như
Chúa ?<br>
Thay vì trả lời câu hỏi, người Công giáo hỏi lại người
bạn của mình:<br>
- Có khi nào bạn ăn thịt bò không ?<br>
- Rất nhiều lần. Mà hỏi làm gì vậy ?<br>
- Sao thịt của bạn chưa biến đổi thành thịt bò?<br>
- À là vì, khi mình ăn thịt bò, thịt bò trở nên chất
dinh dưỡng để nuôi thân xác của mình được khỏe mạnh hơn,
chứ làm sao thịt bò làm mình trở thành bò được?<br>
- Bạn à, cũng vậy, khi mình rước Chúa Giêsu Thánh Thể
vào tâm hồn của mình, Chúa Giêsu sẽ biến đổi tâm hồn
mình được tràn đầy ơn Chúa, được bình an, hạnh phúc hơn.<br>
