rằng: "Hỡi những tên cứng cổ, lòng và tai chẳng cắt bì kia,
các ngươi luôn luôn chống đối Thánh Thần; cha ông các ngươi
làm sao, các ngươi cũng vậy. Có tiên tri nào mà cha ông các
ngươi lại không bắt bớ? Họ đã giết những người tiên báo về
việc Đấng Công chính sẽ đến, Đấng mà ngày nay các ngươi đã
nộp và giết chết; các ngươi đã lãnh nhận lề luật do thiên

<font face="Arial">Nghe ông nói, họ phát điên lên trong lòng, và họ nghiến răng
phản đối ông. Nhưng Têphanô đầy Thánh Thần, nhìn lên trời,
đã xem thấy vinh quang của Thiên Chúa, và Đức Giêsu đứng bên
hữu Thiên Chúa. Ông đã nói rằng: "Kìa, tôi xem thấy trời mở
ra, và Con Người đứng bên hữu Thiên Chúa". Bấy giờ họ lớn
tiếng kêu la và bịt tai lại, và họ nhất tề xông vào ông. Khi
lôi ông ra ngoài thành, họ ném đá ông. Và các nhân chứng đã
để áo của họ dưới chân một người thanh niên tên là Saolô.
Rồi họ ném đá Têphanô, đang lúc ông cầu nguyện rằng: "Lạy
Chúa Giêsu, xin đón nhận tâm hồn con". Thế rồi ông quỳ
xuống, lớn tiếng kêu lên rằng: "Lạy Chúa, xin đừng trách cứ
họ về tội lỗi này". Nói xong câu đó, ông đã an giấc trong
Chúa. Còn Saolô thì đã tán thành việc giết ông (Têphanô). Đó
là lời Chúa.</font></p>

đã ban cho họ ăn bánh bởi trời". Chúa Giêsu đáp: "Thật Ta
bảo thật các ngươi, không phải Môsê đã ban cho các ngươi
bánh bởi trời, mà chính Cha Ta mới ban cho các ngươi bánh
bởi trời đích thực. Vì bánh của Thiên Chúa phải là vật tự
trời xuống, và ban sự sống cho thế gian". Họ liền thưa với
Ngài rằng: "Thưa Ngài, xin cho chúng tôi bánh đó luôn mãi".
Chúa Giêsu nói: "Chính Ta là bánh ban sự sống. Ai đến với Ta
sẽ không hề đói; ai tin vào Ta sẽ không hề khát bao giờ". Đó
là lời Chúa.</font></p>

không hề phải đói; ai tin vào Ta, chẳng khát bao giờ.” </em></strong>(Ga
6,35)<br>
<strong>Suy niệm:</strong> Thế giới hôm nay đề cao hưởng thụ
vật chất khiến cho con người thời đại dường như quên mất
khát vọng cơ bản mà con người vẫn không ngừng tìm kiếm đó là
hạnh phúc vĩnh cửu. Con người mãi vật lộn với cái ăn cái
uống. Ăn uống hoài mà vẫn còn đói còn khát. Bởi vì điều hữu
hạn chỉ có thể đem lại hạnh phúc hữu hạn. Chỉ có Đấng là sự
sống vĩnh cửu mới có thể đem lại hạnh phúc vĩnh cửu mà con
người khao khát. Đức Ki-tô phục sinh mở ra cho chúng ta cánh
cổng kết nối giữa cuộc sống hữu hạn đời tạm này với cuộc
sống hạnh phúc vĩnh cửu đời sau, đó là chính Thân Mình Ngài
trong bí tích Thánh Thể. Ngài đã trở nên tấm bánh bẻ ra cho
muôn người. Chúng ta được nuôi dưỡng bằng chính Chúa Giê-su
trong bí tích Thánh Thể và trong bàn tiệc Lời Chúa. Đón nhận
Ngài, chúng ta có thể cảm nếm ngay ở đời này cuộc sống
trường sinh của Chúa đời sau.<br>
<strong>Mời Bạn:</strong> Bạn đón nhận Thánh Thể là bạn đang
tham dự vào chính sự sống của Chúa. Đến lượt bạn, bạn cũng
sẽ trở thành tấm bánh được bẻ ra để trao ban cho người khác.<br>
<strong>Chia sẻ:</strong> Bạn có quý trọng sự sống trường
sinh mà Chúa Giê-su ban tặng cho bạn không? Bạn có cảm
nghiệm được đâu là hạnh phúc đích thực của đời sống con
người không?<br>
<strong>Sống Lời Chúa:</strong> Thu xếp công việc để tham dự
thánh lễ ngày thường và mỗi lần dự lễ, bạn đều dọn mình để
rước lễ thật sốt sắng.<br>
<strong>Cầu nguyện:</strong><em> Lạy Chúa, xin giải thoát
con khỏi những toan tính ích kỷ và cho con biết luôn kết

MANNA TỪ TRỜI<br>
* LỜI CHÚA : “Thật, tôi bảo thật các ông, không phải ông
Môsê đã cho các ông ăn bánh bởi trời đâu, mà chính là Cha
tôi cho các ông ăn bánh bởi trời, bánh đích thực, vì bánh
Thiên Chúa ban là bánh từ trời xuống, bánh đem lại sự sống
cho thế gian.” (Ga 6,32-33s)<br>
* CHIA SẺ :<br>
Có thể nói, nếu hạt cơm, lương thực không thể thiếu trong
bữa ăn của người dân Việt Nam, thì manna là thực phẩm gắn
liền với đời sống của người Do thái ngày xưa đi trong sa
mạc.<br>
Manna là quà tặng mà Thiên Chúa đã ban cho dân Ítraen, nhưng
tiếc thay, họ không nhận ra được tình thương của Thiên Chúa
ban cho họ. Dấu lạ manna từ trời mời gọi niềm tin, chứ không
phải để tin thì cần phải có dấu lạ. Không phải manna làm ra
tình thương của Thiên Chúa, mà chính tình thương Thiên Chúa
làm ra manna.<br>
Thế nên, Chúa Giêsu đã khiển trách họ. “Thật, tôi bảo thật
các ông, không phải ông Môsê đã cho các ông ăn bánh bởi trời
đâu, mà chính là Cha tôi cho các ông ăn bánh bởi trời, bánh
đích thực, vì bánh Thiên Chúa ban là bánh từ trời xuống,
bánh đem lại sự sống cho thế gian.”<br>
Bánh từ trời xuống, đó chính là Bánh Hằng Sống, là Mình Máu
Chúa Giêsu, là Bánh đem lại sự sống cho con người. Chỉ nơi
Chúa Giêsu mới đem lại cho con người sự no thỏa trong tâm
hồn. Khi con người khước từ Chúa Giêsu, cũng là khi họ từ
khước nguồn sự sống, họ sẽ cảm thấy đói, thấy khát trong
chính tâm hồn của họ.<br>
Thế mới hay, thế giới ngày nay, mặc dù không thiếu thốn về
của ăn vật chất, nhưng họ vẫn còn đang đói, cái đói không hệ
tại bởi trong nơi chính thân xác, mà đói về tình thương. Con
tim và tinh thần của con người đang đói về sự cảm thông chia
sẻ.<br>
Và còn một thứ đói nữa, sâu xa nhất, hàm chứa trong mọi cơn
đói, kể cả đói tình yêu. Đó là đói sự sống đời đời, hay nói
cách khác, đói Thiên Chúa. Và sự đói này chỉ có Thiên Chúa
mới có thể làm cho chúng ta được no thỏa.<br>
Trái tim chúng ta có một khoảng trống mà chỉ Thiên Chúa mới
có thể lấp đầy. Ước mong sao mỗi người chúng ta hãy luôn
chạy đến với Chúa Giêsu Thánh Thể để chúng ta được sự sống
đời đời. Amen.<br>

Xin ban ơn cho con để con được hạnh phúc và sự sống đời đời.
