<font face="Arial">Mùa Chay kéo dài 40 ngày, gồm 6 Chúa Nhật, khởi
đầu từ Thứ tư Lễ Tro và kết thúc trước thánh lễ Tiệc Ly chiều Thứ
năm Tuần Thánh.</font></p>

mang ý nghĩa gì ? Khi xức tro thừa tác viên đọc lời gì ?</span></b></p>

<font face="Arial">Việc xức tro nhắc nhở người Kitô hữu ý thức về
thân phận thụ tạo mỏng dòn yếu đuối chóng qua, vì thế phải sống với
thái độ khiêm tốn trước mặt Chúa để nhận ra và sám hối về những lầm
lỗi thiếu sót của mình. Khi xức tro thừa tác viên đọc “Hãy ăn năn
sám hối và tin vào Tin Mừng”</font></p>

ăn chay ?</span></b></p>

<font face="Arial">Chỉ ăn một bữa no, và có thể ăn nhẹ, lót dạ vào
