Trong trường hợp này cần phải xin "phép chuẩn" tha cho ngăn trở
"dị giáo" với một số những điều kiện theo Giáo Luật. Sau khi đã
được phép chuẩn rồi thì cử hành phép Hôn phối (dù không phải là
bí tích hôn phối) theo lễ nghi quy định trong Đạo Công giáo mà
ta thường gọi là phép giao (chỉ là phép hôn phối âm thầm hay kém
trang trọng hơn thôi). Đây cũng là phép hôn phối trước mặt Chúa,
hai người trở thành vợ chồng mà không quyền lực trần gian nào có
thể hủy bỏ được.</span></font></td>
