Những hành động ôm hôn, động chạm là những hành vi trung lập.
Những hành vi này có thể trở thành xấu dữ, tội lỗi là do chủ ý
xấu của tác nhân (tìm hưởng khoái cảm ngoài hôn nhân). Những cử
chỉ và hành động này do hoàn cảnh có thể là dịp tội gần, dẫn tới
những động thái chỉ dành cho vợ chồng, khi đó chúng có thể trở
thành những hành vi tội lỗi. Chúng ta có trách nhiệm tránh tội
và tránh dịp tội nữa. Những đôi tình nhân (trong thời gian tìm
hiểu nhau) nên tránh những trường hợp gặp gỡ riêng tư kín đáo dễ
đưa đến nguy hiểm tội lỗi. Một nguyên tắc chung phải ghi nhớ là:
Một khoái cảm tính dục ngoài hôn nhân trực tiếp ước muốn với đầy
đủ ý thức và chủ tâm là một tội nặng. Những yếu tố chủ quan như
sự yếu lòng do tập quán xấu, sự thiếu ý thức hoặc chưa muốn đầy
đủ thì có thể được xét đoán khoan hồng hơn.</font></span></td>
