hai người ngoài Công Giáo kết hôn với nhau, nếu họ không vướng
mắc những ngăn trở theo luật tự nhiên, và đã làm phép cưới hợp
pháp theo luật (dân luật), thì dù không phải là bí tích, nhưng
là phép hôn phối thành sự hay hữu hiệu. Do đó, khi một hay hai
người có trở lại thì cũng không phải làm phép cưới lại. Nếu khi
nào cả hai người chịu phép rửa, thì cuộc hôn nhân ấy tự động trở
thành bí tích Hôn Phối mà không cần lễ nghi gì khác.</font></span></td>
